Paid 30 dollars for three plates of food that looks like this. Ridiculous. They should be ashamed of themselves serving food like this. Food taste horrible also. Just started eating. Kids don't even like chicken or fries. How do you mess up chicken and fries. Horrible. Never again. This is what's left and being thrown away. Kids said fries taste like came from trash. Other picked all the hard stuff off chicken. I hate mine cause I'm a dad and just deal with it. Nasty nasty. Don't go here. Now we have to go home and eat something else. Thanks
What good does it do to go to Zaxby's feedback when no one gets back with you. Lost this family as a customer.
Super fast service and delicious food. I had the House Zalad with fried chicken and ranch dressing. I picked up my salad at the drive thru. It took a minute to place my order and I paid and picked up my salad immediately. Super fast! I enjoyed my meal. I paid just over $10 for the salad (a little high, but that seems to be the norm these days, so I can't complain). If you need food fast, this is a good option.
Always had a positive experience. Friendly staff, clean restaurant. My kind of spot for lunch. ????
Eh. This place was a miss for me. Chicken tenders weren't fresh and pretty dry. Very salty tenders as well as the Zax sauce. Canes is wayyy better.
Fries were okay. Toast was cold and not crispy. Peach tea was good. Wings with teriyaki sauce were mid. Wouldn't come here again considering the prices and food not being fresh. Will just drive the extra 20 minutes to Raising Canes for some fresh and hot food.
The food was absolutely disgusting. It was gray old and super dry not to mention was super rubbery
I got my order and it was not fresh! I had already made it home by the time I realized. I called the next day, and Sophia said I could get my order replaced. I was went that night and AGAIN the order was not fresh. the fries were not even that hot. Idk about u, but I know what fresh food taste like and I am extremely disappointed that my second time around they didn’t go above and beyond to satisfy a frequent customer. I just want my money back.
I went through the drive thru and ordered a “kickin chicken sandwich” the young girl that took my order was very rude when I asked a question about the menu. I payed for my food & said thank you THREE times during the transat & never received a “you’re welcome” then when I opened my box they DRENCHED my sandwich in ranch to the point where the entire sandwich was soggy. I ended up just eating the tenders off of it. Do not recommend this location.
Went here a couple of days ago. Got a 4 and 5 piece meals for myself and my friend. I was so disappointed in the taste of or the lack of taste in the chicken. This is NOT the Zaxby’s chicken I’ve had in the past. It was rubbery and one piece was a little under cooked. I paid my hard earned $$$ here hoping for the flavor I’d missed from my old Zaxby’s from when I lived in Florida. Not sure I’ll be going back to this one anytime soon. I can say the store was clean and staff was friendly but the cooks need to up their game!
