I was hesitant to return to this location because I have gotten raw chicken here a few years ago. I thought maybe they changed. Apparently not. I usually wouldn’t complain but for 40$ for fast food and it wasn’t even right. To start, all the drinks we got tasted like they all were out of syrup. I did a mobile order because I was ordering 3 meals and wanted to make sure everything was right. We ordered extra seasoning and none of the fries had extra seasoning. My kids meal was supposed to come with fries and instead of fries they gave me a gold fish cookie. Something my kid will not eat. Will not be eating here again and do not recommend!
I got the wings and things it was alright at best the boneless wings were way smaller then I thought the and cold the chicken tenders were a weird chewy texture almost like chewing fat the new veggie egg rolls tasted weird like the grease they were fried in were nasty I got the large fry for extra and it was no bigger than a regular maybe even less it's just a bit and miss honestly. The cashier's were on point tho and made sure everything was right if the food service was just more established it would be better but it's just a hit and miss.
Why does it take so long every time I come here ? 2 cars in front of me and I've been in the drive thru for 30 minutes. This is not an isolated incident either. It's like this every time I come. I really don't know why they are so slow. It's been like this for almost a year now. It makes me not wanna come back
Update.. 10 minutes later, still haven't moved an inch, this is ridiculous

My 1st sign to not eat here should have been the smell inside. Nobody up front to help and the workers in the back just stare at you instead of asking if you need anything. The sweet tea dispenser was empty as was the dining area , Except for what I thought was a homeless person in a booth sleeping with there head on the table , Only to find out it was an employee taking a nap and the table was never wiped off where he had his head laying . The Texas toast was horrible the shrimp were fried so hard that it was not edible . the fries had no seasoning . To many places to spend your money in carolina forest than to waste it at this establishment
We ordered DoorDash from this restaurant and it was horrible. I guess the staff was two lazy to make more chicken tenders so my boyfriend got two on his kickin chicken sandwich and I got two with my wings and things. Also I ordered the boneless wings and things and got tradition wings with no sauce on them. Was suppose to get boneless with tongue torch. We got no straws for our drinks as well. We eat at zaxbys multiple times a week and get the same thing, just usually go to a different location however this location is trash. I don’t recommend wasting your money here. The staff is lazy and will rip you off. Food from there is always soggy and you get a very little amount. I recommend going to the Conway location if you want zaxbys!
Came to this Zaxby’s for the loaded bacon, chicken, ranch fries and stood in the drive thru for 20 mins not moving a nudge. Finally put it a parking space and went inside. Ordered the food and waited an additional 15 mins just to be handed THE WRONG ORDER. Seriously ridiculous, the staff was rude and slower than grass growing. Terrible, don’t go to this location!!! Food was mid at best.
You literally sit in the drive-through for 20 to 30 minutes every single time you pull up to the order food. They take one order and have the next one sit and wait 15 minutes. Wow the person at the window apparently cannot multitask. I sat here and watched about 8 cars pull off due to the very poor management, that’s a lot of revenue lost!
Sunday afternoon around 4:00. Only one other car in front of us in the drive thru. Ordered two Zensation salads. Had to pull up and wait off to the side. The eggrolls looked and tasted like they had been sitting there for two days. Second trip highly disappointed!!! Shame shame!!
