i went on january 3rd and got the number three got home to see my container is melted to my chicken. usually live this place but that ruined my appetite and i threw the whole meal away.
Ordered through the app, super easy. Food always great. The girl at the front counter though, she was really friendly. Greeted me quickly, helped another couple through their order and helped them sort through the menu. I love this kind of customer service!!!! Better keep her ;) she seems amazing!
We've ordered the 8 piece wings from them before and each time the wings are hardly tossed in sauce. This last order wasn't any different. I ordered extra sauce expecting the wings to be as they are and they proved it right. I love the food and the people are nice but the quality for the wings isn't there.
A total vibe can’t believe this place has less than 4 stars.
Awesome dining space high ceilings very airy and modern I love it.
Menu was big I really liked the chicken fingers though didn’t realize you can have them flavored still not bad plane.
Great service and the fried pickles are done so well.

Great simple place, i abosultely love the chicken sandwich. Came in there with my family a week ago and Carter who seemed to be a new guy was great at customer service even went out of his way to check in us. Keep this guy around please!!! Not many restraunts have an employee like him.
Their salads are yummy...however, I wish their Lite dressing didn't have high fructose syrup in it or at least a healthier version would be nice. All of their dressings are too high in carbs and very unhealthy.
I Ordered a hot honey mustard wings n things an didn’t get no sauce! They need to train the cook better. I’m not paying 30 dollars for a meal for me and my girlfriend to have dry flavorless chicken. Was so frustrated I called to complain and got a new meal with “extra” sauce but it didn’t even have regular amount of sauce !! So if you want sauce on your chicken make sure you ask for a container of it, it should be free of charge (so idk why there is no sauce on the chicken to begin with….) sadly will not be going here again and I love zaxbys cause I’m not driving all the way to Ogden where I know they put sauce on the chicken!!

But there were feathers all over one of my hot wings. I will never go there again I'm even going to have a hard time eating hot wings from elsewhere for a while had a feathers stuck in my throat for most of the night
