Overall my experience was good. The staff was extremely friendly. My fries and chicken fingers were great and I appreciated the variety of dipping sauce options. However, my traditional wings were cold. Not just room temperature...cold. I will say that I met my husband for lunch here because it is close to his work. This was my first time at this location but he does go here semi often. When I mentioned it to him he said "They usually do really good". Maybe it was a one off?
Asked for a large order but they "only have one size" of cheddar bites. This is a joke. They used to fill this carton up. This is almost as much as a meal. Understaffed waited 15 min in the parking lot for our meals we ordered three it was not busy at all the inside wasn't busy either because I had to go in and ask for the sauces they didn't give us. Up sized our drinks and fries but we had just as few of fries as the kids meal. So pay a lot but don't get much food. I spent $38 on nothing. Zaxby's has gone downhill. Very stingy with food, understaffed and the quality is awful. Won't be back and I used to love Zaxby's.
Food was good as usual with Zaxbys. Service was good as well. My complaint is with Zaxbys sauce options though. You get one sauce for free but have to pay for additional sauces. I got 4 tenders but one sauce. Come on, that's not enough.
The place was empty when we went in but it was 2:00 pm. I had a salad with fried chicken. It was really good. Wish I had a Zaxbys closer to me.
Great food again, but pulled iss up to wait 5 minutes, def took longer, asked if ranch was in the bag, guy said yes, we pm get down the road and no ranch and no eating utensils.
The salad is Zaxby's are fantastic. Zaxby's also has their own chicken wings that can be put in different sauces. They offer a wide variety of flavors. The toast is fantastic. If you are a bread eater, they have some of the best. My only complaint is that it can take a little longer for your food and when ordering it is best to clarify your order to make sure everything is correct.

The food is fabulously delicious! As well, the decor and dining experience is truly a unique feature worth the stop in. Plenty of items to choose from including famous zappetizers, zalads, and hearty sandwiches. To taste the chicken is a must. Zee for your self!
The drink machine wasn't working properly. We let the lady behind the counter know . They never did send anyone out to look at it while we were there.
