I have ate at this Zaxby’s every weekend, sometimes two or three times a week for the past two years. I place a mobile order 90% of the time and pickup in store. Out of all those times my order was only wrong once. This location has been amazing and I’m going to miss it after I move. I wish you all the best. Sorry I won’t be around anymore but life calls!
I had an amazing experience. I ordered through DoorDash for pickup but wound up arriving very early. I informed the staff that I was in no rush since it was my fault but they still continued to check on me. Mia at the cash register was extremely attentive and kind and they were able to fulfill my order quickly. Overall it was awesome and I will definitely be back!
Today was my first time at this Zaxby's last time was in Tennessee, well I have to say I want be going back, I ask if they had a ten piece wing meal and she said yes I have a 5 ,8, and 10 piece I ordered a ten piece she said what for drank I got a lemonade strawberry freeze , I got to window paid she gave me my meal said have a good day I drove off and didn't have ,y drank went back it took 10 minutes to get it and it wasn't a freeze she did it with ice , I just left got home they charged me for each thing separately never said we don't have a ten piece meal only 5, and 8 so I open my food I order it not spicy,well it was and the drank was not good it was cold I called they had a excuse for everything so I want be going back!!! I worked in restaurants most my life and I got put in drive thru every time are front i dif it all but ppl loved it when i was in drive thru I would get a raise 5 month into working because ppl called on me all the time about my work , so need to quit playing and do ur job want be back
Online order ready when picked up near 1pm on a week day. Fries, tossed wings, and shrimp were fresh and tasty. Texas Toast and Tenders were not as fresh as they should have been.
I absolutely love going to this location with my boyfriend. Samantha and all employees gives us a amazing experience. She's good and quick at making our food it's always fresh. Her customer service skills are above and beyond along with her staff . She is me and my boyfriend's absolute favorite would recommend going to this location.
Saved our lunch meeting today when another caterer failed to fulfill our lunch order! Called Zaxby's FWB at 10:40 a.m. and our order was ready for pick up at 11:05 a.m. Thank you MaryBeth for saving our lunch meeting!
This trip was highly disappointing! First of all there was not a soul there besides us. We order two straight forward simple meals. I ordered wings and things which is three strips, five wings, fries, toast and a drink. Why did I have to wait 20 minutes for the food and then get home to learn that I was given enough fries for a kids meal if that! The wings are not coated in the sauce. Looks like they squirted some sauce in the compartment tray and tossed the wings on top. So after waiting for what seamed like an eternity for this pitiful excuse for a meal they didn’t even have the decency to give an adult portion. Next time I’ll just go strait to slim chicken. At least there it’s worth the wait!
