2024 Update:
So I came here after a long day in college and got something new for the first time: Wings and Thighs. The wait was decent not bad but not good either. The food was overall very decent. Sadly though like every other Zaxby's, the boneless wings was BAD AND BURNT. I do not know why its so hard to make.. The chicken fingers was VERY GOOD and the fries was decent. Service is hard to rate since there was new people doing the staff and the service felt forced so its okay i guess.
Food, ordering, and service were very great for being 6 pm on Saturday, BUT when I ordered my family's drinks, I was missing two which lost me $6, and their phone lines were too full that evening.
Normally, my experience would be good but our last visit was unpleasant. We ordered ahead and still had to wait an additional thirty-five minutes. The staff wasn't friendly and helpful. There were several people waiting for assistance and not enough staff attending. When we received the food, it was disappointing. We had the bogo free wings. The wings had feathers on them, and the food was cold. One order had boneless chicken mixed with traditional wings, which was not our request. We will not be returning to this location until there are improvements.
If you order ahead only go through drive thru or inside. Curbside orders get forgotten. I sat for 20 mins watching drive through cars get parked and food brought out quick when I finally had enough and went in my food was just sitting there. Then they make you feel like you’re in the way for coming in to get your food. And of course the food was cold like it had come out of the fridge.
I stopped here on Friday on the way to Orlando from Savannah and the service was absolutely fantastic. Since the pandemic it’s almost impossible to go into any fast food restaurant and receive just ok service especially with younger employees on staff. The young man and young woman on the front counter Thursday, February 8, 2024 around 9pm are doing a awesome job for your establishment. Keep up the Great work.

Food was tender and good, frozen strawberry lemonade excellent, fries were luke warm at best and tasted old which took away from the meal
I was staying in a nearby hotel. I was trying to order through Doordash for delivery. But I couldn't make the order the way I wanted it. I called zaxbys and a young man named Alfonso answered with a soft But professional voice. I explained my situation and he said he would make sure the order was right for the door dasher. I tried online again but got frustrated and concerned my order might not be right. Was only a few blocks away at holiday Inn so i decided to call in my order for pickup. I called back to Zaxbys. Myha answered. I later found out she was the manager. Her soft and interested voice is not typical. She seemed very interested in getting my order correct even though she sounded 12 years old. She assured me that they would get to work on my order right away. 10 minutes later. I pulled up, went inside and Alfonso was again impressed me with his positive attitude while taking my payment. I told him I'd be waiting in slot #6. I went back to the vehicle and advised my wife it would probably be 20 minutes as the drive through was full and the inside was busy. Less than 6 minutes later, Alfonso came out with his uplifting smile and handed me our food. This was the best Zaxbys experience I have had in a few years. And let's be clear....I love Zaxbys but am sometimes frustrated with the service. Myha has her team together! Great job. Oh yeah and they didn't skimp us on sauces or ketchup!
Had a large order since I have 4 kids, drive thru lady sighed loudly every time I said "And then I'd like....". She was extremely flustered and noticeably annoyed. Yall do realize how you get paid right? Customers like ME who ORDER AND PAY FOR FOOD. Sorry to stress you out, won't do it again I assure you of that. Left two stars to be nice.
