I had a lovely experience at the Zaxby's as I submitted an application to work there. The atmosphere was very friendly and wholesome. After the interview concluded I was offered a free meal which was absolutely delicious and the manager even delivered the meal to me. The chicken was tender and moist, deliciously spicy, the crinkle fries were spiced to perfection and super fresh, and even the toast was great with a subtle spread of butter. I enjoyed every part of the meal and highly recommend that you stop by for a bite.
Picked up food for the family on my commute home only to find out that part of my order was missing after arriving home. I called and talked to the manager who knew that I was missing part of my order. I asked for a refund and was denied the refund and was told that I could return and would be given the missing loaded fries. I told the manager that it would be several days before I passed back through the area and that a refund would be better. It was denied. She took my name and info. I returned several days later and was denied the fries because "nobody didn't know about it" I paid money and didn't receive an item in return. This is theft.
This location does a great job at putting out hot food.
The only issue I usually have at this location is no toast but today this kid's meal had little fries and I to ask for goldfish cookie that comes with it
I waited about 5 minutes before, I was acknowledged. Service was too slow, not enough help, line out the door and it took about 20 minutes to get my food, I just ordered 2 salads and the loaded fries. This place is not cheap, Customer service should be a little better.
This was the cleanest zaxbys I've ever eaten in. The lady who worked there had everything under control. She was busy cleaning tables and taking orders. The restroom was clean too.
The white cheddar bites come without Marinara sauce, and the service is subpar at best. Management needs to see to some improvements and think about what they remove. The food is O.K., but I find a lot of the menu to be overpriced. 5 dollars for fried cheddar without sauce? Disappointing.
I think this was the freshest Zaxbys I have ever had. The staff was so friendly.
