Horrible! I ordered food fresh and received burnt and Undone. Customer service needs a revamp. Managers stop leaving these teenagers alone in the workplace. They need more guidance and better training.
We love Zaxby’s we always bought Zaxby’s from this location for years but a couple months ago every time the food is not how it’s supposed to be. Dry wings and cold I had ordered large fries but they just put hand full of them maybe even half of a hand full and cold as well, it’s not the first time that this had happened, the first time we let it go but it’s always that bad now, they have to fix it. Today was my last day ordering from this location.
Ordered online from my hotel room and walked over to pick up my order. Asst Mgr at counter was very friendly. Order was done soon after I arrived. Went back to hotel. Food was still warm. Wasn't that impressed. 3 of the chicken tenders were more like rectangular in shape which made them not like normal tenders. Fries were good but slightly soggy. I have enjoyed Zaxbys in the past. Bummed it wasn't better.

Literally the only person in the restaurant and it’s taken 30 minutes to get my food. Finally went up to the counter after 20 minutes of waiting. Heard the cook put my order up and say my name, but the restaurant workers kept filling door dash and drive thru orders first. When I finally got my food, I asked if it had the extra sauces (which I paid for) and was told yes. They weren’t there.
First time to zaxby's and I'm very disappointed. Not sure if it's all Zaxby's or just this location but I ordered the 4 piece chicken finger combo. Let me tell you thats exactly what I got, finger sized chicken. It was also chewy. I will post a photo of it beside a French fry. All of them were small. I paid over $10 for it. Definitely not worth coming here in my opinion.
The issue I had was with the funnel cakes in the advertisement they looked a whole lot bigger than what they were and it's like almost 5 bucks and it is smaller than the palm of my hand so maybe make them a little bigger but other than that they're absolutely Great!!
Food was normal Zaxbys. Customer service was pretty non existent. We weren’t greeted or even really spoken to. We walked up to the counter and the employee just stared at us until we ordered then asked if we were dining in or out and since it didn’t seem very welcoming we said dining out he walked away then brought our food to the counter sat it down and left without a word
