Food is usually made fresh when I go and I literally die craving their sweet tea. The peach tea is a good go to if you want something super sweet although I will happily take it slightly diluted. Fried pickles and the funnel bread are honorable mentions.
staff was very nice but my tenders were SO TINY. not sure how that is considered a tender, should be better for the price i pay.
The store managers Terri and Jacob are amazing! I had a company event that required multiple different platters. I wanted to assure the food was on time, possible to order online, great food and of course accuracy. Both, Terri and Jacob assured me the order process online was fast and easy and it was and the food was ready on time, in fact a few minutes earlier. I'm really grateful for their help as the company event turned out great and everyone was satisfied. Thank you all so much that worked that day to put together all those platters, you all are amazing!!!
Average service and nothing to complain about there but the chicken tenders at this location are so insanely dry. Like the tenders look shriveled up. Comparatively, the Zaxby’s close to my job on the other side of town has the juiciest chicken tenders so I know it’s just a fault of this specific location. It’s consistently dry too. It’s unfortunate because this one is closer to my house but the other Zaxby’s I go to also doesn’t charge extra for sauce so I go there instead
I really don't recommend this place. I was waiting in the car for 40 minutes and when I left I checked the food, the order was completely wrong and I asked for an order of chicken finger and they only gave me French fries. The service was terrible and the manager who was in charge of the shift did not want to show her face and handle the situation accordingly. They are irresponsible in places like this, it is not worth leaving one's money wasted.
Very friendly staff very welcoming! The food quality was amazing hot and fresh and even my toast was perfect! Definitely will be going back to this location ????????
Zaxby's Foods always going to qualify for a four star but it's kind of upsetting to always pay to go big and your portion of fries are never enough to feed even one person. Other than that love Zaxby's
Every time. Everytime I pull up to the drive-thru, they put me on hold even when there’s no one else in drive. I don’t get it. They must not have time there because when I worked at Taco Bell years back, you never put the customer on hold. It’s bad service, and it ruins our time.
