Great for a quick bite and in a hurry. Drive-thru is always pretty fast. Never had an issue with food being wrong and everything seemed fresh. Love the new Asian salad. A little pricey but paying for quality. Been here a few times when the line was long but moved fast. New egg rolls were very good as well.
I love Zaxbys but this location has very poor customer service and is extremely rude. I was given absolutely no sauces even though I paid for extra, and my drinks were small, even though I paid for large. I'm just going to throw this meal in the garbage. One day when I'm dining in Hell, I may have to eat Zaxby's without any sauce, but not today.
Our organization, Sponsored By Grace brought 30 kids and 17 adults to this location on March 15th for dinner. The staff was amazing in the way the handled such a large group with so many children. They took all the orders with grace. The food came out fast considering how much we ordered and everything was so fresh and hot. I can not recommend this location enough. Would give them 10 stars if it were an option!

This was my first time in Zaxby's Chicken in Florida and it was very disappointing. The staff were friendly, but the food was terrible. I ordered the Zaxby's Original Sandwich, and my wife ordered the Chicken Finger Sandwich. The sandwiches and fries were incredibly salty. We could not eat the food. Also, the restaurant was absolutely frigid. On a warm day this place was miserable. This place was nothing like the Zaxby's restaurants I've been to before.
So I've never been to a Zaxby's and can and did walk into this restaurant with an open and objective mind.
It's worth it. This is a high quality chicken restaurant that uses what I'd term the generous use of market and food innovation to make a good product and experience.
For example the grease and batter used on the chicken itself is a lot lighter and calorie conscious than other chicken locations.
Another quality are is the effective use of sauces and spices. It's acts like it should and garnishes and adds to the overall flavor. I had the nibbler meal which is a lightweight sandwich with fries which, at $9.99 is one of the more inexpensive items on the menu. I'm pleased to say that I didn't bite into one chicken bone this whole meal. ????????
The restaurant itself is spacey, well laid out and kept clean. Service is friendly and efficient they keep it moving but still focused and on quality.
I didn't do anything with the online App but from reading the door quickly also appears to be innovative in terms of online orders and some of the specials that are offered in support of this.
Lastly, out of a five star review. They have very good parking. Safe and away from the drive thru and entry way to this great place to enjoy a great chicken meal. ????
I hate to be the person to leave a bad review but this place is a nightmare. Ive has multiple bad experiences. I keep giving it a chance because it’s one of the only few options in the area but I’m done. We were the first customers in line today and it took 15 minutes. They had nothing ready, only tea available which was hot and melted the ice. They asked us to back up once we paid because they didn’t want us to mess up their timer. Which meant we were stuck and couldn’t leave once we paid. The food was like it was leftover from the night before. I attempted to bite into this French fry but it was so hard it was a brick. Will not be returning to this location. They have poorly trained staff and from what I’ve seen multiple times - no management at all.
Went to get a house salad. It was full of bacon. Went back to get it corrected. There's onion stems on it. It did smell like onions but I figured it was the fried onions. I didn't go back and I won't.
I go to Zaxby’s for their Asian Zensation salad which is really good! The only problem is it keeps getting pulled from their menu every few months. Really disappointing, especially if the summer when you want a good salad! Come on Zaxby’s you can do better!
