Zach was closed for a couple months and was a long anticipated reopening. They have been open for about 2 weeks now and it was finally time to pay them a visit.
I ordered a wings&things with hot honey mustard TRADITIONAL wings. I was given boneless wings and already made it home before realizing. The chicken tenders were good, but those boneless chicken things were absolutely disgusting.
This zaxbys location should have stayed closed.
I just had food from Zaxby's for the 2nd time ever. The first time was over 2 years ago and it sucked. I've never really wanted to eat their food again but everyone kept telling me how good they are so I gave them another try. It will definitely be the last. First problem, we are missing a drink. Second problem, biting down on a bone when your eating a chicken strips, is not expected or tasty. Problem 3 the strips were way over cooked and oil is OLD. Problem 4 requested extra fries instead of slaw, didn't get them and the LITTLE bit of fries we did get were cold like they had been sitting out for an hour and let's not forget the cold soggy toast that came with the food and didn't even have butter on it, so why was it soggy? Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
Definitely good when fresh.the tenders have a lot fo flavor and if you get the app you get deals and discounts.when first sigh up get free five piece tenders which is about 7.50 plus savings . honey mustard is great there.nitba fan of Zaxby's sauce but my kids like It.it taste like a combo of ketchup and mayo with a bit more vinegar or tang taste to it.also of you're salad person ive heard they are great options.
Ordered 2 Cobb salads, one had lettuce that was 90% rotten. Not slightly bad but rotten. We threw away everything but the chicken on top, so $10+ bucks for a fried half chicken breast. Please use quality control; would you eat it, no? Ok throw it away and don't hand that out in the drive-thru.
Originally my order smelt awful like it had been sitting too long or the oil needed to be changed. But the staff were super nice and fixed it immediately. One of the best zaxbys I've been too.
Walking in to a refrigerator was our first experience and the floors were so sticky and the restroom were filthiest I've seen. Trash can full and another half a can of Trash pilled on the floor. And the smell of urine was so bad. I'll never go back to this place.
Skip the dining experience at this location. Ice machine broken, no AC, sticky floors. Only good thing is the background music. Staff was nice and chicken meal came up quick and hot. $0.25 for BBQ or other extra sauces. Really?
