I have worked in customer service for years and I get that when the day is done it’s done and you are ready to go home . With that being said , maybe you should lock the door when it’s past business hours to not confuse the paying customers. Hauling a$$ there down 1960 at 5:00 o’clock rush hour traffic and walking in the door at literally 6:01 and they declined service, stating they close at 6, which is 1 minute prior to my arrival. I understand they close at 6 however showing no signs of empathy for someone that is paying for services to better their company is sad . I’ve been there several times and this situation will not have me returning again . Anyone know a good eyebrow threading place in atascocita that actually treats customers like a person ?? I have a stamp card with the stars stamped if someone wants it ? Don’t know if they will combine cards though.

Will say they understand and take your entire eyebrow off. Not precise or neat. She took entirely too much off of the top and gave me 90s brows and I asked for thick. She did a "clean up" and it looked like nothing was done. I then asked her to add an arch under the brow and she took of the top as well. Please be careful she will say she understands but execution and care for your brows is poor. I had to go to the store and purchase an eyebrow pencil to fix my brow.
I’ve been meaning to do a review on this place! Really great service, and as picky as I am she was able to get my brows just how I like on our first visit together. I love this place, will be coming back.
I’m surprised by the rating of this place. The service provided by what I’m assuming was the owner was just horrible. The place was empty when we walked in, I helped translate for my Hispanic mother and told the lady she was interested in having her face treaded. We were greeted with nothing but hatred and anger. This woman was upset and grumpy about something but decided to take it out on us. A paying customer. I can tell she hated that I can to translate for my mother because every time I did she would complain by huffing and puffing. Her demeanor and tone is so rude. She acted like she was doing this service for free. This woman only smiled when we payed and even tipped her. Which I regretted because she honestly did not deserve it. I felt so bad for my mother because I was the one who took her there. Lesson learned.
Angie was sprawled out on the couch when I walked in, I drove 20 minutes to get my eyebrows threaded. She took less than 4 minutes on my eyebrows and it was incredibly sloppy. She applied gel to my eyebrows without asking if I wanted it and she didn't clean the hairs she just threw a tissue on me while I was in the chair. I complained about some hairs she missed and she said it was "forehead part" and not included with the eyebrow... Um ma'am it's literally my brow. Worst experience ever and I won't be back. Enjoy laying on the couch.

This is my first time leaving a review , I used to come very often with Angie for my eyebrows, but 6 'months ago I came and there was another lady , that was very rude I asked her if Angie was there or if she was coming back, and she had told me "No she's not coming back to work " Not only that but she did a horrible job on my eyebrows and I had told her, and all she had said was let me fix them but ended up ruining them. Last week I felt like going back to see if Angie was there and guess what SHE WAS THERE!!!!! I'm so Happy that she's there She did an amazing job she will always have you looking great when you leave.????
They couldn't give me what I wanted. I tried to explain to the how I wanted my brows to look she kept telling me this and that wasn't friendly she told the customer after me to come on so I left without their services
I have brought my girls twice for Henna tattoos and they are so happy, Taniya is great with my girls and always provides the best service.
