Terrible experience, I just got my car and I had immediately went here to buy new rims and tires. Instead I was sold Terrible tires over 6years old illegally that could have put my life in danger and they tried to charge me more money to put back on MY SENSORS. I went to two different and more popular tire shops and both told me that I shouldn't have been driving these tires in the first place and that i should not have been charged nothing to put back my sensors and that my rims and tires aren't worth that much. So much for giving these people a chance. If you are looking for new rims and tires I dont recommend this place. I recommend plus one. They are the ones that noticed and pointed out how bad my tires were. They have never wronged me and are very helpful.

So fast! Popped a tire on our way down Big Bear and I’m glad we stopped here. They did not have the exact brand of tire we had before, but found a tire that was the proper size. They put the spare tire back and gave us a new one in just a few minutes. Support this business!
Outstanding service and professionalism from David and his crew! I called late on a Sunday evening with 5 new rims and 35" tires for my Jeep. I was given a more than fair quote for the work and took the short drive from Redlands to Highland. I was met and greeted before I even reached the front door. They were all courteous, professional, and informative throughout the whole process. I will most definitely return for any future tire service, regardless of the distance, and strongly recommend them to anyone in need.
Went in to get a tire rotation and the service was good but then the next day I had issues with the tire sensors I guess they need to be reprogrammed on newer vehicles when they rotate the tires so I went back but the guy that had helped me that day wasn’t there. The next day I went There was a young kid said he’s name was David I told him the issue with the tire sensor basically told me oh there nothing I can do to fix it and wanted to send me to his cousins shop to reprogram the sensors. How are you managing a tire shop with OUT the right equipment to fix issues like that doesn’t make sense and wasn’t warn about maybe having to reprogram the sensors when the rotation was made. Crazy how it was just a tire rotation but the young kid customer service was bad all around.
I had a horrible week and day with getting hit by a semi truck and getting my car impounded with a car that wasn’t driveable and no proper spare. David helped my car be drive able and was very kind. Fair prices and even hooked me up with a matching rim that was damaged in my previous tire. Thank you so much!
I went to get one tire replaced with a used tire. I called ahead of time to ask how much would it cost. The man told me 45 to 49 dollars. So I told him I would head over to get the tire. When I arrived they quoted me a different price. They said it would run between 45 and 80 dollars. I got upset because that's not what the man on the phone said. So I thought because I was a woman by herself they were trying to get more money out of me. I told them I wanted the same price I was quoted for or maybe I should come back with my husband instead assuming they would treat me differently if my husband was there. The man responded with rolling his eyes at me and saying yeah bring your husband then. I then said can I see the tires that coat 45 to 49 only. Then while I waited the lady that works there came out to yell at me that I said I was going to wait to bring my husband and told another guy to not raise my car. I told the lady that I told the man I wanted to see only tires for the price I was quoted for over the phone only. Then they came out with a really low thread tire and said they only had one tire in the size I want. Then I noticed that the bolt and cap were loose. Then they tried to raise the price again to keep my old tire. They raised the price again for using a card yo pay. I told them why didn't they say that over the phone? I had asked them what was the total price for everything and they never mention all these things. I will never go back due to the poor customer service. The only reason I give one star was because there was an older man that was really trying to be nice to me but he was the one that was trying to upcharge me for keeping my old tire. I don't blame him because I blame the younger guy I talked to on the phone who misled me on the total cost. Not a good experience here and I would suggest you go to another place that will treat women with respect.
