Absolutely incredible experience with ZAG! I took my Volkswagen in for a diagnostic with a weird DPF/CEL code that I couldn’t seem to get rid of. The team at ZAG was able to identity the problems and spent an extra bit of time to ensure everything else with the car was properly diagnosed. The communication with the front desk and the mechanics was top notch, I felt very comfortable leaving my car at the shop and I always knew what was going on. I also really liked that I could share my experience from working on the car with the mechanic without feeling intimidated or being shot down; Zach is an incredible mechanic and a very friendly guy.
I was absolutely surprised to see how well they detailed my car when I picked it up! It felt like a brand new vehicle!!!

Zag auto works is the real deal! I cannot say enough good things about this shop. They are honest with their approach and extremely transparent with their diagnosis and cost to fix an issue. After numerous visits to dealerships and several other auto repair shops these guys nailed it. The team diagnosed the problem with my BMW 328i, fixed it in a timely manner, under budget and on time. I could not be more happy. On top of that , when I picked up my car they had detailed the interior. Classy touch! My BMW runs like a new car. Martyn
Zag Autowerks is one of the best auto repair shops I have been to. Our family is currently in the middle of moving from Virginia to Tulsa and Zach’s team was on point with helping us with our 2014 Audi Q7 engine problems. I am very particular where I send my vehicles for service. They were able to correctly diagnose the problem, communicate the necessary repair actions and we got our vehicle back a few days later. They understood that my wife did not have other means of transportation and went ahead and provided a loaner. You can tell a lot from a shop when it’s clean and organized. Zach and his team will treat you well. Thanks again for your kindness and great service.

Awesome shop with great customer service! Very clean and comfortable. Zach is super professional and very knowledgeable. They took care of both of our BMWs and their prices are much better than the dealership. We'll continue to go to them for regular maintenance and if we ever need more work done in the future. We highly recommend them!
Zag saved me today, on a day they already had plenty to do. 3:15 pm, Friday before Memorial Day weekend. My driver’s window suddenly decided it would no longer go up. Can’t park it over the long weekend. I gotta find a solution now, before everyone goes on holiday. Enter Zag. They’re around the corner from our house and we’ve been thinking about using them for a while. They were able to diagnose the issue, quote me a fix, and manual raise my window so it would be safe in the meantime over the weekend. Made what could have been a bad end of the week and start to the weekend a good one. Can’t thank them enough. Go there for service and give them a shot. They deserve it.
This is a clean modern facility. The people there are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The service was exceptional. I highly recommend ZAG
