I'm kind of torn about this rating. The owners are very nice and communicative. I took the car in bc of a suspected alternator problem. He put it on the machine and said it wasn't the alternator but other things so we fixed it. The next day the car would not start again. He came, charged the battery and said he didn't know why the battery was drained but recommended we get a new one. We did and the car was ok for a week. It won't start again. We're not allowed to jump or it voids the warranty. I guess we go back-again. Third time's the charm?
Rodrigo (not sure if spelled correctly) is a great guy who inspected both of our vehicles for TX inspection. Fair price and got right to it. Explained everything and is a truly nice guy.
Don't waste your time going there for inspection they don't do inspections anymore
I am very much satisfied with ZV Auto Care's work done on my 23 year old Dodge Dakota. Rodrigo explained everything about the process and possible outcomes clearly. I left my truck at ZV right about noon and picked it up 4 hours later. Given the truck's problems, I was extremely satisfied with the billing charge which was much lower than expected. I feel very fortunate to have found ZV Auto care; they are now my "go to service garage" for not only my truck but also my car. Thank you Rodrigo.
I needed some body work and interior work done on my Toyota Avalon. Took it to the dealer (bug Mistake!!) and was quoted a large price and was told that something I needed done wasn't possible unless I just bought a complete replacement unit. Heard from several people that Z & V did good work and so I took a chance and went there. God is Good!! These people are great! Very nice and professional and did work over and above what I ask of them. Highly recommend these folks!

Several friends suggested I take my car to Z V and it worked out great. He is honest, his prices are fair and he is very thorough when explaining any issues with my car. He is an excellent mechanic.
