I ALWSYS ORDER FROM HERE TODAY THEY SENT ME OLD MOLDY CHILCKEN SAYING IT WAS FRESH ! AS U CAN SEE ITS BLACK ! i paid for delivery ! they told me the only way i could get my money back is if i come all the way to the store !! i’ll never order from here again. !!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THEY DONT CARE
This Establishment was truly unprofessional. My husband and I ordered (Delivery) food from there and while my order was made correct, my husband ordered general tso chicken and lo mein noodles. His whole platter was extremely spicy and when we informed them about the issue, they told us that they're not obligated to inform the customer that the chicken is made spicy. They refused to come back to pick their order up to exchange their product since they had "no drivers available". They refused to resolve the issue and constantly put us on hold when we asked for a manager. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and will not order from them again.
They. Make black ppl pay first … so sad that we continue to support these kind of establishment!! Avoid with all cost. Cash wire has a nasty disposition

Food is undercooked it was my first and last time ordering from here. They don't know the definition of well done. Maybe I should have said please burn my food then it will be cooked. One simple task. But they rather rush the food to cook for other customers. No quality food.

The food was horrible I ordered shrimp fried rice with chicken wings and the chicken was old and the rice was mushy I called in to tell them about it and they told me they boss said the food was fresh never again
Food used to be excellent but now it’s okay. They’ve fell off and to make matters worse their customer service is poorest I have ever encountered. Their delivery drivers are aggressive and rude. When the food is outside, they will call yelling instead of being polite. They don’t want to come out of their car so you have to walk to them but then they want a tip. I’ve ordered from them 5 times in 6 years and everytime they are nasty and rude. I went to the store to put in a complaint but the staff behind the counter doesn’t care. Yes it’s convenient but not to be disrespected. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN ‼️
