Had a little bit of everything here and it did not disappoint! Can't comment on the chef's tasting but from what I saw him making it looked good.
You can't go wrong ordering off the menu in my opinion. The sushi sandwich was different and very good. Everything we ate was exceptional. Drinks were delightful. Service was prompt and professional.
We ate at the bar and don't regret that decision either.
Put Yume Sushi on your list if you haven't been there before. A+
Absolutely in love with Yume Sushi! The chef’s tasting menu was so worth the splurge for special occasions. I did call them to make a reservation for the chef’s tasting as instructed on their website. The quality, taste, and freshness of every dish was top tier. Chef JJ and our server Tom were amazingly nice and took the whole experience to another level! Super grateful for how special they made us feel. Definitely will be back to try their normal menu and other specials.
Only street parking is available, but it wasn’t too hard to find a spot.

Our server Kathy was very helpful and accomodating. She did a great job recommending pieces that were good for someone new to sushi.
We had the watermelon daikon salad, Crazy Monkey (smoked salmon), seared scallops, and Monster Trio (with salmon substituted for wagyu).
All of it was delicious. The Monster Trio in particular was fantastic.
Sushi is a bit expensive but to be expected for a restaurant of this caliber.

We went here for our anniversary and it was the best decision ever! Everything about the experience was exceptional. Tom’s recommendations were perfect and when he suggested we close out our meal with “The Winner”, it could not have been better. We sat at the counter and even though the place was packed, we had plenty of space. Our food came out lightning-fast, and there was not a single dish that was short of outstanding. Highly recommended…
Tasting Menu is really worth it.. high Quality Fish and truffles. Their Uni is a top notch. Polly is our server and she is fantastic..
This true 5-star Japanese restaurant specializes in creative Japanese cuisine, fresh sushi and sashimi, and everything else on the menu that tastes amazing. The restaurant's famous Chef, Saran Peter Kannasute, has won numerous first-place awards in many culinary competitions nationwide. We tried the tasting menus, signature rolls, sushi and sashimi entrees, and creative rolls, and they all exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this restaurant if you love Japanese food and want to expand your Japanese gastronomic journey.
The food at Yume is unique, savory, fresh, and absolutely delicious! It was our first time dining here and Peter explained the menu and offered great suggestions. Can’t wait to come back!
