I had a large vegetarian (vegan) pho ($14.50+tax).
What I liked:
- Food tasted good in general
- Interior was very clean, including bathroom
What I didn't like:
- $14.50 for a vegetarian pho is a bit too expensive
- Soup had too much sugar in it
Avoid.
Beef stew was not stew but instead ir was a thin pho soup and not thock like bahn mi bo kho should be. They didn't have bread to go with the meal.
This is a fake Vietnamese restaurant - they don't know how to cook the food properly.
$18 for a bowl of soup when I wanted stew. Bad.

Been here several times. Service is great and food is delicious. I had the beef stew "Bo Kho" highly recommended if you like stews or caldo de res.
Update 11/16/22: I had the Beef Stew with Bread. It was delicious with LOTS of beef. Original: The Pho with Rare Steak, Beef Shank, and Beef Meatball was delicious. I used the house chili oil instead of the Sriracha and was glad I tried it. There was a good amount of meat in the “regular” portion. I did not wish I had ordered the large.
First time visiting and Pho was delicious. My picky kids all loved their dishes and said they want to go back again so this will be our go to spot for Pho. The staff was friendly & attentive. Nice to see a new clean restaurant with healthy options. Can’t wait to try more dishes
The broth was amazing do not add any hoisin sauce! Got the pho with fully cooked brisket large sized, some of the best broth ever tasted. Also got spring rolls that were super tasty. The dipping sauce wasn't saucy but more pasty and it was out of this world. I really regret not trying other things on the menu. The overall appearance of the restaurant was very clean and service was fast. What a great addition to Yuma.
First time at Yuma Pho. I'll definitely be going back! Friendly knowledgeable staff. Very clean.
Had the stir fried noodles with chicken and tofu. My friend had the vegetarian. We also had the crispy egg roll and dumplings. Highly recommend.
My wife and I has been wanting to try this place for a long time, and I have to say the food was very good we are definitely going back.
