Best WLM Reviews
Very friendly service and the best Mongolian Beef with chow mein, egg roll, & soup.
Entering the restaurant, I was surprised by the environment for such a quaint place. Very clean, nicely decorated and it seemed like the restaurant was new. Everthing was new and shiny. I'm a stickler for seat condition and was very happy that the seats even seemed new.The owner was so nice seating us right away. She gave us time to look over the many delicious items to choose from the menu. I had a vegetable dish. The sauce was light and the fresh vegetables were cooked perfectly. Extremely clean taste. I'm very picky about Chinese Food. This was my first visit and I will be returning. I recommend you give them a try too!
New Hong Kong style Cafe opened up near my neighborhood thinking that this could be a new stop to eat at. I was wrong.
For starters, the service was slow. It took a good 30-40 min just to get two dishes out. They where very simple dishes and it wasn't even that busy. Fried rice with salt n pepper pork and "wet" chow fun.
The good wasn't that great either. It was a very much Chinese restaurant but it tasted like it was cooked for American people. For what it was, the price was kinda high as well and what pissed me off was they charged an extra $1 for the chow fun for the "gravy". Basically they changed and extra $1 for the "wet" version. So it cost $11 for that dish when almost everywhere else charge about $8.
Nice HK cafe! After Blue Moon closed, we have been waiting for an alternative. Great taste and flavor. The milk tea was less sweet but they are willing to give you extra sugar or condense milk to perfect it for your taste. Food is pretty authentic. Just order from the Chinese Menu. I didn't give 5 stars bc the neighborhood is sketchy, but some of the best hidden gems are!
Very fast clean restaurant. All food cooked to order very fresh veggies cooked perfect. Favorite dish salt and pepper chicken amazing. Order the pot stickers with a side of vinegar. The owner is so sweet always helpful.
General chicken. Not spicy at all. More sweet. And soggy. Could not tell if the chicken was fried or not. I even asked to be crispy or crunchy too. . Nope. Also I asked for really spicy. Nope. . It tasted like they battered the chicken in a sweet or pastry flour. . Made it sweeter then it should have. . Or they used same oil for everything. . Not good. Will NOT come back
Great Hong Kong milk tea! Flavor and sweetness were well balanced. Beef chow fun had good "wok hei" even though the rice noodles were a tad bit soft. Comfortable seating and great service!
The dining room feel very old and the carpet so dirty . Milk tea charge you 4 bucks taste nothing. I think they take over the restaurant never remodel. Not even find someone steam the carpet. I can’t even think how dirty the kitchen. Foods just so so. Not even close to real Hong Kong style. Won’t go again. Last thing I will say they are not located in the safety area.
