The food was pretty mediocre. I would much rather go to B.C. Pizza a few doors down. The Italian sub had good meatballs but the rest of it was just okay. The Philly cheesesteak sub had raw veggies instead of sauteed veggies and it wasn't anything special. The pickles that were served on the side with our subs were very soggy and had an off flavor to them. I normally love pickles but I couldn't eat those. The chicken Alfredo was the best dish that we ordered. To be fair, we probably should have tried their pizzas (besides the personal size cheese for our kiddo), but we were were just feeling different foods that night.
Our waitress was very friendly and the various employees walking by would ask how everything was going. That was nice. We answered politely that it was going well because at the time, we didn't really think there was anything they could have done to make it better. We already were mostly finished with our food and weren't really looking for a refund or anything because it was fine.
Food was 2/5, but service bumped it up to 3/5.

I called an placed an ordered from Big Rapids for my son staying a week there in Belding. The service over the phone was wonderful! It's an unknown city to me and my son. I found your pizza place by googling. My son said it was very good and the delivery gentleman was extremely nice!! Thank you so much!! :)
We have ordered from them three seperate times. Each time we got something different and it was delicious. The owner was really nice as well. This is our new favorite spot as we just moved here and dont necessarily want a “chain” restaurant. Will deffinitely be ordering from here a lot!

We ordered the rueben pizza. Was unsure what to expect, I love rueben sandwich. It was delicious, had perfect ratio of ingredients, and the crust was perfect full of flavor. Thank you.
