Service was over and above our expectations. Not only were the known issues fixed, issues we were not aware of were brought to our attention and fixed for no additional charge. Glen doesn't just purchase and replace parts until the problem goes away. He correctly diagnosed the problem and replaced only the needed parts, saving us money. We have found a shop we trust and can recommend without reservation.
I have known Glenn and Betty Joe for nearly 15 yrs. If you want honest and quality maintenance performed on your vehicle. I would not hesitate taking my car to Young's Automotive. A little tricky to find but worth the effort
Took out car here to get repaired through our warranty company because it was the closet location to our house instead of them putting a new alternator on our car they put on a used one that obviously didn't work because our car fell dead on us after exiting the freeway in the middle of highway 6 in katy. My husband and I could have gotten hit from behind and could have gotten into a serious accident because of this dishonest non caring auto repair shop...DON NOT take your car here for repairs especially serious ones
I made an appointment on Friday in person for Monday at 8:30 am. Once I get there they tell me that they can't do my oil change because they can't find the master key. They could have called and key me know what was going on.

HAVEN'T BEEN THERE YET BUT HEAR GREAT THINGS ABOUT THEM. I WAS ON A TALK SHOW, CALLED IN ABOUT MY 2007 JEEP LIBERTY AND I WAS TOLD TO GO THERE THAT THE OWNER IS ASE CERTIFIED AND EVEN GIVES CLASSES!
Great service, honest mechanic tells you what is wrong with your vehicle and if it's worth fixing. I take all my cars to them.
They work with clean air texas low income repairs for emmission failure. They get the cars in fix them in no time.
It is always an excellent experience at Young's Automotive. Good service never gets old at Young's!!
