I love this place i go here quite often and they are all very very sweet and very helpful... I am the type of person who always has colorful hair and colorful wigs.. So its always fun to see all the new colors they have.. I always find what I'm looking for every time i go here. The staff are the best so fun to talk to and laugh with.
Customer service of miss Kim and her husband is fantastic as well as I refuse to let anyone else do my eyelashes since she did them the first time. She doesn’t rush and makes sure you leave looking and feeling beautiful. I’m hoping to catch her this weekend since I no longer live in Anderson. I
I adore this place. The family is wonderful and the products are low priced. If you go in for a lash or brow service you’ll pay 1/3 of what you typically would, but the wait is insane and the scheduling is disorganized. Give yourself at least an hour for any service. Also be nice to the old man at the counter he is very cranky buy so kind.
I love getting my brows done by Ms Kim. She literally is so good. She is in her element working with eyelashes and eyebrows.
Very poor customer service!! Made my appointment for lashes/eyebrow wax 4 days in advance. Got to my appt on time. She finished the person in her chair 20 minutes after my appointment time. Then took 2 clients ahead of me pushing my appointment out over an hour. After I drove 45 minutes for my appointment. No notification of appointment change or apology or discount nothing. SHOP BLACK OWNED!!
Great experience! Very helpful and I will definitely share the hospitality I was given by the owner and the very nice and too the helpful lady with her honest advice and consideration; I appreciate the treatment I was given and will be back soon. Thanks so much!????????????
I purchased some scented oil, smelled it in the store, was skeptical about it, because it didn't smell like it supposed to smell. Went in spoke with the owner never left the parking lot, and I told her that it didn't smell the same, she said that's the kind her store provides, which I understand, she said no refund or exchange. She was firm and direct and wasn't doing anything to make sure I was satisfied so , I left it on the counter and politely left the store and will never return again. But this is just my experience, yours may be different. Always be your own judge.
