We came here for the first time on our anniversary. The food, the staff, and the quick service will definitely have us coming back. The starter garlic edamame recommended by our server was delicious. The combination dinners (teriyaki chicken and salmon as our main entrées) complimented with the best shrimp and veggie tempura (a meal in and of itself) I've had in a long time came with a perfectly crisp, cold and fresh salad, miso soup (just the way I like it without big chunks of tofu), steamed rice, filled wontons, and Japanese vegetable pancakes. We will be enjoying at least 1 more meal each with the leftovers of our generous sized dinners. On top of all of that, our server made our dining experience extra special with a surprise ice cream for two to help us celebrate. Based on our experience, YouandI Sushi lives up to its high ranking.
We sat at the bar and got a sushi combo that came with 7 piece chef choice assorted sushi. Also got Salmon Carpaccio and a bunch of hand rolls:
* Salmon Hand Roll
* Spicy scallops hand roll
* bluefin spicy tuna hand roll
* Soft Shell Crab Hand Roll
Ended up getting another bluefin spicy tuna which is at market price.
Everything tasted so fresh and tasty. I wanted to order more but we were heading to a party.
They offer omakase for $130 per person for 17 course! What a deal!
Sitting at the bar is a must if you order hand rolls so that you can eat it as soon as it comes out to get that freshness and crispiness from the seaweed.
Plenty of parking in this plaza. They offer so many specials straight from Japan. Not many places have amberjack but it was sold out. They close Sunday and Monday so inventory will sell out by the end of the week.
Love this place. It has become out go to sushi. Always get great service and the atmosphere is great
Another great sushi experience at You and I. Fish was amazing. Fresh and well prepared with nice portions. Amazing specials with fun things to try.
Overall good. Ordered the salmon campacho was missing 2 of its ingredients. Miso soup best we have had. Hand rolls good size.
Plenty of parking. Opened at 430pm and already crowded,service was good but slow to start. Highly recommend
Delicious and the service was good. We got a few rolls and some sake. I can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the rolls. Also, love the way it looks inside.

Definitely one of Temeculas best sushi restaurants. The spicy tuna role is amazing. The staff is also amazing with kids. This place reminds me of living in Japan again
Traditional sushi and Japanese food. Amazing customer service and although prices are a little high, it is so worth it. They receive fresh fish every day, they have live shrimp, and just start offering seared wagyu beef nigri over rice. This was our first time here celebrating wife's birthday and visiting one of the new sushi chefs, JC, that we knew from a prior local sushi joint we used to frequent in Hemet. This is definitely our new go-to as EVERYTHING we had was amazing!
