I tried this Chinese restaurant for the first time last week, and must say they had the best potstickers I’ve ever had! That’s an awesome accomplishment!
Their egg flower soup on the other hand was very bland and came scorching hot. It was so hot that it burned the plastic container it came with!! I had to wait 30 minutes just to be able to eat the soup… they need to fix that.
I've been going here since 1998 and somehow through all that time and even change in owner/manager it's still phenomenal. Even through a pandemic and recessions they've always kept it delicious and fresh. Thank you Yinkeng for remaining a steady pillar of Windsor cuisine.
We were craving really good Chinese food. Especially with the mandarin flare. So happy we came here first time. And they gave us a complimentary fresh donuts. Unbelievable, food really tasty enjoyed every bite, very happy that we found this place!!!
Go to for sweet and sour chicken lunch special. The fried rice does not have a dark color since light on soy sauce. Fairly certain no MSG added but inquire if concerned.
I ordered the combination Chow main, 98% soft noodles, 2 shrimp, I didn't find any beef, about 10 pcs of shredded pork, and hardly no vegetables at all.
Great food. Dinner combinations are a great deal. Staff is really nice. Quick service.

The food here is fantastic.
In Sonoma County, we have a fair amount of Asian restaurants, and if you live in any of the more urban areas, you won't have to drive far for Chinese food, but we drive in from Santa Rosa for Yin Keng.
It's a favorite for us for the lunch special. The food is reasonably price and quite varied in the lunch special; you pick a specific entre and get rice, chow mien, an appetizer, and soup along with it. All of it ... very good.
My personal favorite is the Szechuan Beef, which is crispy here ... their Szechuan sauce is out-of-control.
Absolutely worth a stop if you're in the area and hungry, and probably worth a drive if you're anywhere close.
