I have curly hair and struggle to find a good hairdresser. They told me they could do it, but after the haircut they didn't have the products to finalize nor a way to at least dry it out (blow drier would make it puffy)
I only saw the haircut when I went home and washed it myself. It was a really bad one, nothing like what I asked and to fix it I had to lose a lot of the lenght what I really didn't want.
They are nice and treated the dryness of my hair just fine. But overall bad experience.
The products are good and the head massage during the was is great, but the cut they gave me is terrible. They cut it too short and very uneven. I asked for a straight cut, yet theres a good 2 cm if not more of a difference between my hair in the front and the hair in the back. I was so upset on my way home i cried. I will not be returning there anymore.

- Haircut skills are fine, you will not go home with an utterly failed cut, but nothing special.
- Wrong opening hours: they claim to be open until 20:00 but at 18:45 they already refuse customers, even when there is no one waiting.

Het spijt me voor wat me is overkomen in de kapperszaal. De service was het tegenovergestelde van wat ik had gevraagd. In plaats van de fout toe te geven, speelt hij met woorden, en dit is verre van professioneel.
Geen aanrader! De kapsters zijn onvriendelijk en zitten met een lang gezicht hun werk te doen. Bij kleuring ben ik thuisgekomen met nog een hele bruine lijn verf op mijn voorhoofd, ze vonden het blijkbaar niet nodig dit weg te vegen. En de prijs van kleuring is sinds ze zijn overgenomen ook nog 25 eur gestegen!
Ze kunnen ook absoluut niet overweg met krullen - ik heb natuurlijke krullen die ik wil behouden, maar ze hebben niet eens de producten in huis om krullen goed te verzorgen. Ze stelden me zelfs voor om de krultang te gebruiken! Ik wou nog het liefst van al met nat haar naar buiten maar dat lieten ze me niet eens toe! Zo een vreselijke ervaring, ik raad het echt niemand aan.
