I love, Yes Beauty, The Service is amazing, I would recommend them to everyone, it's a calming atmosphere, no one following you around watching you, you're able to take your time and look for what you want. I will be telling all of my friends about them.

Friendly employees but the wig selection is a little old looking. They have other good products that I’ve bought including crochet and braiding hair.
I would recommend updating the google site in regards to the store hours. It is Labor Day, the store is closed, but the site says it is open! It should be more accurate.
Also, I always feel a lack in supplies when attending this location. There’s not many options and the service could be better.
Overall, it gets the job done. They have what I need most of the time! I can’t complain too much.
I arrived at the store on a Friday around 10:10 am and found the place was closed. The sign on the door said the store opens at 10:00 am on Fridays, but the door was locked and it was dark inside. There were no signs indicating why the store was closed or when it would open. I waited about 15 minutes but no one showed up to open. I live 20 minutes away so this was a complete waste of my time, and for the 8 to 10 other people who showed up during that time.
Love this place! White girl going bald here. Never felt so comfortable taking off my hat so the beautiful woman there could help me. She made me feel like I had nothing to be embarrassed about. I will continue to shop here even if my hair returns. ????????????
The lady was very disrespectful
Some old hag working there disrespecting my lady in front of her other customers and had the nerve to step outside barely hiding behind the customers talking bout come back at 7 and trying to ban her due to a simple question
All she was asked to see if she had anymore product in the back
I like going to the hair store in Bloomington Kim’s hair store cause the one in Normal never got something lack of professional worker and stocking need to do better and treat the customers right and not Insulting people in front of others
Staff there was wonderful. Very helpful. Was my first time there and she was friendly, wasn't bothered by my questions. Just a great experience. Will definitely go back.
