Psychotic creepy business. I had to cancel the cab bc I found an Uber and my daughter was in the bathroom. He told me to go f myself. I was shocked but going to let it go. He then CALLED ME BACK and cussed me out some more wishing my daughter would get the diahrreah to death . This is very creepy and beyond normal anger or irritation. He could have just said "thanks for wasting my time". He took it to a whole other level by then calling me and saying awful things to me. UPDATE: the driver called a THIRD time and called me all sorts of vulgar names. I have now called the police
I needed a ride from the AmTrak Martinez and Uber was not available nor any ride share app I could try. I ended up finding out about yellow cab and you best believe they got the job done quick and easy. The driver was a nice young man and the ride was available to me right away so I was very happy with their service. Thank you Yellow Cab for taking care of me!!!
Car STUNK. Female driver was rude. Kept swearing about UBER drivers taking their business. You could not pay me to use this service again. I waited 30 minutes (they said it would be 15) and all this for a 2 mile ride. Really wish I had just walked but I just had surgery.
After searching the companies for transportation services on internet I found the most excellent and amazing company “yellow cab”, I would like to share my views, and this company offered me the best, comfortable journey with its classic and excellent cab services. I visited my friend’s wedding in another city, with their help on time. They offered me the well experienced and trained drivers who had complete knowledge about the whole area. Apart from that they also have well maintained cabs which are well cushioned, clean and spacious. They are the best Yellow Cab Walnut Creek CA . I would recommend to everyone to approach them for traveling. They are the best place in the town.
Scam! We ordered a cab early in the morning to take us to the bart. They never showed up. They want you to run late so you have to hire them to take you all the way to the airport. Joe verified all of our info twice and still never showed! Never again.
I was passing thru with an overnight stay in martinez. RealiZed I left diapers on the airport shuttle. Called and asked for a can at 2 am WEBSITE SAYS 24 HRS . The woman who answered said she didnt have" a cab for that ride ". I explained I needed diapers for my baby and offered to pay double the fare and she hung up on me
I called back and asked her why she said yes they were open but then wouldn't come take me to get diapers. She mumbled something and hung up on me. I called again a few times with no answer. My baby slept in a towel. Rotten heartless person.
Rating it 5 cause I've used them many times before and they have never let me down unlike Martinez taxi ???? But the dispatchers don't know how to do they're job that's the only problem the cab drivers are the nicest people though.
