I just dropped off someone here. But, if you want service, you need to get on it before the line begins! No hassle, easy service.
Needed a throttle body, and they were the cheapest in town. They were very polite and provided extra nuts, just in case I needed them. Highly recommend. Also they have a warranty on their parts, which is a bonus.
I have never had a worse experience with a mechanic. They had my daughters car for 7 weeks full of excuses why it wasn't done. Get it over paid for it and not 10 miles from the shop all sorts of lights came on and believe the motor is now messed up. I don't usually post reviews but this was very poor business.
Don't do business with Them. Lived here all my life use them several times In the past , will not use them anymore. Act like They are doing you a favor by waiting On you. terrible service
Bought a part here, didn't end up needing it. They would not refund my money, even though it was returned next morning. Poor business practices.
So far this place has been really good to us. The prices are good and they've fixed what they said they would fix. When we had something else go wrong they helped fix it and added the cost to the price of the vehicle. I always worry they will charge interest or overcharge you so you never pay off the vehicle but that's not the case. They're letting us tack on an extra amount so we still pay off in the same time frame and not overcharging the repair as I have shopped around for what it would cost. The problem wasn't their fault either. Really friendly service and very helpful.

Initial contact was great! after placing the order a week later we still had no parts. No calls from them. After calling them they said they had the parts pulled and would bring them the next day. I requested they call me if for any reason they were not going to deliver the parts and they said they would. The parts never were delivered and I didn't receive a call either. Now today they don't even answer the phone. I can only hope it is because they are out of the office delivering my parts. This delay is hurting my cycle time with the insurance company and costing my customer rental fee's. Not good.
