Terrible customer service. He was cutting his own employee's hair while he had a whole shop of customers waiting. We come to find out that he had his employee come in on his day off and to make up for it, was giving his employee a free hair cut and didn't care that he had customers waiting the whole time and no acknowledgement whatsoever for those waiting. He only seemed to care when we got up and left and realizing he lost our business. For the prices he's charging, you'd think the service would be better but its beyond terrible. Would not recommend.

The morning 11 am guy is soo rude. Don't even speak properly like he's doing service for free. Worst service
The owner of the salon is humble and got some good skills but the worker over there is trash and he treats the customers in a very bad way.
Really nice haircut. But careful of the gentry, some folks who come here are really uncivilized and aggressive. One guy wanted to hit me because i was in queue before him, and the guy in charge kept his headphones on but did nothing. I called up the owner and he assured me that he will look into it. Nonetheless, i am not going there again, as I value my peace of mind a lot. Sorry Yasser, i really liked ur services, but you need to make a safe environment for customers.
I do not rate this place a star at all. The worst customer service ever. Was waiting since 10:20 am for this place by the door in the hot sun to be served first because they open at 11 and I was the first and he doesn’t take no appointments. First come first serve. He toke the guy who lives in his building who came minutes later and made me get off the seat to take his friend. Not recommended at all, waste of time. And stupid rules that are unfollowed
Their prices keep going up while haircut quality is going down
Fairly priced, short waits, friendly staff, good service. Unlike many other barbers, they actually have you sign in and they follow the list!!! Would definitely recommend.
