This place is the best, always friendly as you walk through their door greating you with a smile. I value that, some places make you feel like they dont want you there. Over the years we have become friends, we call each other by our first names as friends do. I have a tricky import that always seems to need one thing or another which is another reason I take my Maserati to them and them only. I give them 5 stars for sure.

Traveling through over midweek. Getting gas and discovered major coolant leak. Fortunately caught before it affected engine but dare to go anywhere. Selected Y. A. based on the business descriptions by self and others on internet. Next morning I was there when they opened. It’s a small business and I braced for the worst. Yep, they were busy, but said if they couldn’t help, they’ll help find someone who can(!). In pm they hoisted it, found the water pump failed and replaced it. Road tested and done by 5. Done right and fairly charged. I also appreciate any customers who might have had their work schedule adjusted to accommodate us. Yakima and Yakima Automotive… you rock!!

Would recommend these guys for sure, they were pleasant and easy to work with and quick with repairs. I drove my car to Yakima from Arizona and needed some major repair work done for an overheating engine and overall unsteady bouncing. Between the coolant hose connector, thermostat and control arms to new shocks; these guys got the work done fast and my car made it back to Arizona better than the drive out. Thanks!

This will be the shop I use for all my future service needs, the staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They were open minded when it came to diagnosing my vehicle and didn't try to do it over the phone, they were straight forward once the issue was discovered providing me all the details clearly and had the repair done withing a few hours. They even topped off the windshiels washer fluid. I was and am extremely happy with the work that was done and my vehicle runs great now! Thank you Yakima Automotive!

I was traveling with my 4 kids from Alberta Canada to the Seattle area when my Yukon started showing signs of needing a battery or alternator repair. As I was in the Yakima area, I searched for an auto shop with good reviews Yakima Automotive came out as best reviewed. Nathan and the guys at Yakima Automotive lived up to their online reputation. They were kind, professional plus 1,500 kilometres and two weeks later my Yukon is still running great! Thank you!

Yakima Automotive is probably the best shop in town from my experience for European vehicles. Every time I’ve taken my care here it always has been treated with respect and they fix everything in timely manner. I drive an Audi they fixed my faulty turbo in 2 days and my car drives like a dream thank you guys! The new mods would not be possible with out you. I’ve taken my car to 5 other shops in town and they immediately turn it away based off the Audi rings but Yakima automotive always takes me in and gets it fixed up nicely. Even went out of their way to text me and make sure my car is still running good! Huge shoutout to Ryan their Audi tech and the owner! Thank you guys. If you are looking for a new mechanic come here!
