Really enjoyed Yaki and the restaurant and location. Easy order, seating and enjoyed.
Just wished the food was more hot and the fried rice seemed little dry and not as fresh as most Hibachi style restaurants. Great value for meal.
Very simple and not tasty sushi, it feels like it was prepared at home or supermarket and not in a cafe. Sushi is not worth the money. No table service. Nice view of the zipline.
We were not expecting this restaurant to be as casual as it was. You order at the register and they bring it out to you. The sushi was okay but our entrees we less than desirable - no flavor was incorporated in the dishes at all. The staff was nice but the experience was not worth $65+.
Took my girlfriend on a date here and got two Sushi rolls and a rice bowl with chicken. The Sushi was very good and fresh! And the chicken and rice was full of flavor. Would recommend this place to anyone who likes Asian food, really good.
I got takeout from here while at a work conference. Understandably overpriced because of the sky high rent I'm sure. This same Philly roll would cost me like $11 near my house while it's $16 here. The sushi was good. The steak teriyaki dish was good (veggies a tad under seasoned). The service was nice, all my utensils were in my bag. I'd get takeout from here again.
Yaki! a great great Japanese food with an impeccable service, not only because I worked there. But if I walk to a restaurant I expect good service we’ll this restaurant is great, the owners and employees are super nice. Is located in Baytown Wharf. Is worth for you to take a look. I’ll totally be back. Oh yes you can get to see the fireworks from this restaurant

Steak: ok, no flavor
Chicken teriyaki: pretty good
Fried rice: decent
Dragon roll: very lacking. Not much flavor. Only edible with a large dose of wasabi + soy sauce, regrettably. Had to dunk it to make it palatable. Thankful for the ginger slices to clear the palate

Oh yeah they also don’t have table service. You order at the counter and they bring it out. Staff was friendly and attentive.
Very nice guys that work here! The food was SO good and tasted fresh! We tried the steak roll and it was nothing like we’ve ever had before! SO good! Teriyaki chicken was fire!!!
