If you go on a Wednesday, do not sit at the bar. You will be greeted with an attitude.. The worst experience I have ever had. I went from being a regular where I would often visit three times a week to now finding somewhere else to go. It was that bad. Thanks, Kat.
Xtreme Wings thank you for your speedy feedback. I believe I was there last Thursday night. The wings did not appear to be overcooked so I would say it is no fault of the kitchen staff. Being that they are pre battered it is hard to see the internal quality of the meat. The meat inside was dry & appeared to be freezer burned. The Wings appear to be much smaller then the ones I had on a different visit.
This was our letter x restaurant in our alphabet restaurant challenge. The food was really good it was great bar food. The service was excellent! The poor waitress on duty Sunday afternoon was by herself. Even though she had multiple tables she was attentive and our glasses never got empty.
Went here today to get wings and 10 wings are now $16.99!!!! Just basic wings. So I opted for their "giant chicken tender basket". I kid you not the 6 tenders I received were no bigger than the prong end of a firm and thin. Fries were old and room temperature. We asked for fresh fries and I questioned the "giant tenders" and the waitress could only apologize. The new fries came out seasoned and we're sent back then came out over done. The bartender manager should stick to bartending as I had to explain to her how to discount our check for the lack of fries. Also she only chatted the cooks up teasing and laughing while we waited to pay our check. See pix to believe. Will not go back! Here are pix of how empty the place was at 12:30 on a beautiful to Saturday and of the cooks. The one doesn't more time on his phone then he did cooking.
Purchased a wing combo picked up 20 mins after placing my order an which I was told my food would be ready in 15 mins.
Open my food fries were hard and cold. Customer service unprofessional. Why aren't you capable of remaking someone's food? Also this restaurant is "Racist" Racism is discrimination and prejudice against people based on their race or ethnicity. Be mindful of that if you still choose to eat here . I'll never eat from this place again.
Every time we come here attitudes seem to be worse, twice now we’ve ordered and waited for parts of our order to trickle out of the kitchen. Twice we’ve have parts of our order removed from the bill because the table was almost finished eating by the time the order was completed. Won’t be coming back to this location due to the lack of service. When you bring it up the staff gives attitude as if it’s my fault their kitchen cannot seem to properly serve a table. 0/10 sorry as can be.
Walked in to a disgusting restaurant with at least ten tables covered in food. We sat down to grab food they took our drink order and brought them out. Then we waited 15 -20 minutes and all they did was look at us never came to get our order. I looked at them numerous times trying to get there attention to place our order but they were to busy hanging out at the bar. Probably dodged a gut bomb! Place will go under soon to many good restaurants around.
super trash honestly should have gotten my money back but i hate giving anyone who works in the service industry a hard time :( can’t believe this was $16 but on the menu it says 10.99 for the “giant” tenders i’m still looking for the giant btw i added ranch seasoning so yeah

First, as a business “owner” your response should have been apologies for the meal not meeting my expectations. I truly don’t care how old the menu is. Why were the fries soggy? Why did the “tenders” taste as if it was just battered in all purpose flour with no added seasoning? not even salt and pepper.. Your establishment as a whole needs work. As you can see my review has 42k views so tread lightly, keep it cute because you obviously have bigger fish to fry.. i.e. your dying location good luck to you and all of your endeavors!
