Best WLM Reviews
We thought the food was very good. The service was quick and super accommodating. The atmosphere is clean and a bit rustic. The only reason I am deducting a star is because the margaritas were sub par. They were overly sweet, not made with fresh squeezed juice and had very little tequila in them. That’s a staple of a Mexican restaurant so once they get those dialed in this will be a 5 star place.
If you want good authentic mexican food, and at a good price, come here. The portion sizes are great and their salsas are spicy. I recommend the breakfast burrito, huevos rancheros and the xolos burrito. The aguas frescas don't come with a refill.
Xolo is a mixed bag in terms of how I feel about this restaurant. I enjoyed parts of my meal, and equally didn't enjoy others. For instance, the rice had a great flavor, the barbecue was tasty, but overly spicy. The black beans were ok. Not bad or good; serviceable. The toastada w/ side of bean, and rice was about as expensive as Filiberto's.Yet , I still felt hungry after eating at Xolo. The food wasn't filling.Overall it was an ok experience; would not recommend.
YUM! We stumbled upon Xolo and it was the best accident ever. We went on Tuesday and they had a 5 street tacos and beer special for $10! The tacos were so good, we ordered 2 specials each. Beer was cold and do yourself a favor and try the carne asada and the red chili chicken street tacos. Tres leces was tasty too! Everyone who worked there was so friendly. We WILL be back.
We absolutely love this gem and if you haven't been, your missing out! My intention is to get pictures to post everytime we visit, but then I get lost in the flavors and before I know it, we have unapologetically annihilated all evidence of the love that goes into each plate and cocktail. Tonight I was able to snap a photo or two…. I personally do not like mole, but I was converted here at Xolo. Absolutely delish!!!! We tried the strawberry Tres Leche and let me just say, Wow! No words…. We will keep coming back, trying new items everytime because they never disappoint. Highly recommended! -The Casanovas
Went today for cinco de mayo. Great atmosphere and service. Ordered mole enchiladas and a dos XX. Asked for hot salsa and it was legit heat. Delicious, Quick, great service, and happy people working there.
Phoenix Burrito was good. Service was excellent. Prices are high and no free refills on soda -1*. Extra Large portions. Coke products in a glass. No veteran discounts -1*.
We LOVE Xolo! The cocktails were amazing. Try the Phoenix Marg. The Xolo Burrito and Tacodillas were outstanding, so savory and good. And we love the fact that it's locally owned and operated. Please support local! Love this place! Highly recommend.
