Awful. EXTREMELY rude staff. I placed an order for shrimp low mein and they gave me CHICKEN CHOP mein. The mistake wouldn't be that bad but when we called to tell them about the mistake, instead of taking responsibility they claimed that is what I ordered. They claimed that I couldn't get a refund unless I brought the food back. I brought the UNEATEN food back and they had an attitude the entire time. When the food was made they demanded I give back the rice that came with it to. I didn't get the egg roll that comes with my CORRECT order yet they demand a small container of rice? I know plenty of people who write reviews say this but seriously not ordering from them again
Check what they charge you. They always overprice your food. The worst customer experience I have ever had with the rude Chinese window lady. I ordered the lunch special and she charged me way higher price for my lunch. When I asked her why the charged, she became agitated and started an argument. I asked her to cancel the order and give me a credit back and she went to the kitchen changed the order removed the egg roll and came back with a messy lunch special. It was a very embarrassing moment. I will never come back to that place. If that woman is the owner, she is mentally disabled to be the person in front. Stay away from this place.
By far the best General Tso chicken I've had in a long time! Worth the price! Best customer service and the food is fresh and delicious!
Only a few pieces of chicken and where microscopic with including the coat of batter. Same size as the small cashew. I wasn’t able to have my wanton soup, it was tasting like something else.
Normally, I go to kings wok. Today, (Monday) they are closed. So I went here to xing xing kitchen and I will no longer go to kings wok. Their food is amazing. I saw a review on their general tso chicken, extra crispy, and ordered it. It's great, definitely try it out.
The food is good. My orders always came out the way I ordered them. No complaints.
Great service and food came out fast and fresh as ever. Hands down best General Tso Chicken I’ve had in Florida! I got them extra crispy! But I recommend for sure!
