Stayed at this hotel two times now for a weekend getaway and had great experiences! The rooms are really spacious. Front desk staff was very kind and accommodating. Our room was clean and not too noisy! The pool is nice as well.
My family will not be returning to this hotel. One of the rooms was not very clean and had hair in the bed and shower. The cleaning staff entered one of our rooms and tore it apart while we were out for breakfast at 9am. We arrived back at the hotel before 10:30am and our hotel room door was opened. Checkout is at noon. The cleaning staff said they entered the room because the do not disturb sign was not on door. At 11am, we checked out. The first front desk staff member was apologetic of the situation and agreed that the cleaning staff should not have entered and cleaned the room before our checkout. I was then directed to the manager who said the cleaning staff are allowed to knock on doors at 10am and there should be a DND sign on the door if you don’t want to be bothered. If that’s the protocol, why not tell your hotel guests? Very disappointed in the manager.
Stayed at this hotel a year ago and there must be a change in management because the hotel quality has drastically changed. The pillows are cushions. There is not a single normal sized pillow in the hotel. We were here for a wedding party of about 125 people and we all had the same complaint. In addition, before this hotel used to provide a hot breakfast, it does not anymore. Most hotels in this class in the area have a hot breakfast. There are a lot of options around and I would suggest staying elsewhere. The sheets also had a strange smell. I have been travelling to Cleveland from Toronto for years to the Bay Village/Avon area. We were so disappointed by this place. Will definitely be back in the area, but not to this hotel!
We had a girls weekend and stayed here. Hotel was centrally located around lots of things to do. The check in was smooth. Our room was clean, beds was comfortable.
We went to the bar and had a few drinks which was good. The staff all around was super friendly, check in, check out and at the bar. I only wish I got their names to give them proper recognition.

The hotel is clean and is very nice. The employees should really work on their attitude. I've never had a problem with the employees in the past. My family and I will be staying elsewhere due to the unprofessional attitude from the front desk.
What a deal. We stayed here for one night on our way to another place. The room is clean and very big. Has a sofa, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge. Slightly dated feel with carpeting and 2 very small tvs. No complaints especially since its so affordable. The best part of the hotel is its proximity to the highway, food, and stores. Costco gas station is right behind the hotel and mitchells ice cream is in the same mall.
Worst hotel stay of my life.
Entry littered with cigarette butts. Lobby filthy with all garbage cans overflowing. Website said shuttle and breakfast. Shuttle does not go to airport and breakfast is not complimentary. Ice machine broken. Room had view of air conditioning system. Despite restaurant and bar, tried to buy lunch but they are only open for breakfast. Ordered bagel for wife, they don’t see them. No soap in bathroom dispenser and again overflowing trash. Asked to speak with manager - doesn’t come in till later. Aweful!!!
Very nice and clean hotel. Big lobby. Our room was a little cramped for our king bed and the couch has seen better days. But the shower was nice and strong. The walls were pretty thin; we could hear every step our upstairs neighbor took. For the price, this hotel can’t be beat. Plus you have Mitchell’s delicious ice cream right outside the front door.
