Lied to me when I asked them if they could fix my car. I have an electric car, and they confirmed before I sent my car to them that they could fix it I confirmed with them that it was electric twice, and after the car was towed to their lot, a few hours later, they call me and tell me that they don't work on electric cars.
If you guys don't work on electric cars why not tell me when I ask you guys if you work on electric cars. Don't lie to your customers faces about what you guys do and don't do.
Leslie at Wright Brothers is AMAZING!! Unparalleled customer service. I drove OVER AN HOUR to get to them based on a recommendation for my brand new SUV I whacked into the brick corner of my garage. :( Leslie turned my frown upside down! :) She was so reassuring and went above and beyond throughout the entire process to help me in every way she could and dealt with the dealer involved and the insurance company beautifully and got all supplemental items that my car needed covered. The work is awesome. My car looks brand new again! It is SO traumatic to damage a new car, but this place made getting it fixed as pleasant as possible. Done right and on time! Do not hesitate to drive a few extra miles to get this amazing, friendly and quality service. You will be like me, SO glad you did. They have a customer for life!
I just got my Cadillac back from Wright Brothers. They did an amazing job repairing it. I just want to thank Ron Brooks and the crew for doing such a great job fixing the damage to car. I never doubted that they could fix it but I am impressed my the great work and attention to detail. Thanks again!
They fixxed my 2017 Hyundai Elantra after a deer charged head first into the drivers side fender and a plow truck driver backed into me bending the hood and smashing through the grill and radiator. It looks like it did the day I drove it off the dealership lot. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because they finished it 3 days later than they originally said it would be done. There might have been some miscommunication between the insurance company and wright brothers because the insurance company called the saturday before monday that it was supposed to be done and said it was on schedule to be done monday. I called monday and they said it would not be done until wednesday and ended up not actually being ready until thursday afternoon. I am happy with the job they did though, you cant tell anything ever damaged the car.
I would give this company 0 stars if at all possible. The staff is full of excuses, can't keep their reasons for repair delays straight, and straight up told me that they had "too much work" to manage and that was the reason for my nearly 1 week delay from the original date of completion. They offered me a loaner, 5 minutes after agreeing to that and getting there to pick it up...I was told that was GONE and they had given it to someone else. I was then offered a plow truck to get by until repairs on my vehicle were complete. Complete joke of a company.
Nice to work with, did a great job repairing our car. Provided a loaner. We always choose Wright Brothers over all others for collision work.
Friendly staff and great work. It did however take almost 2 months to get my car back and they didn't have a loaner car to provide me throughout the whole process.
I have dealt with Wright Brothers on a couple of occasions now and they are a pleasure to do business. Very helpful in every way possible and quality workmanship. Highly recommend!!!
