Went there for a good fast tasty meal. You can order individual meals or family style. We chose family style and ate the cake noodles w/beef broccoli (great flavors especially with the cake noodles) and clams w/black bean sauce (cooked w/onions, carrots, green peppers in black bean sauce. It's salty and spicy w/a hint of sweet and is the flavor to Chinese food). Both dishes were delicious in it's own means. Amber was the quickest with our good eats and the utmost friendliest!!
Our family was looking for a place to eat a bit off the tourist path and this restaurant did not disappoint. Delicious food, big portions, and reasonable prices for the area. Looks like a lot of locals eat here regularly.

I think we ordered half the menu. We started with Kimchi fried rice, Kalbi and a fish dish I’ve never had but was AMAZING!
We also had some spicy shrimp and it was unbelievably delicious!
This is a local gem that if you missed it, you missed part of the beauty of this island in the culture.
Had some time to kill before our flight and googled sports bar to watch the Super Bowl. OMG the food was terrific, atmosphere was great and patrons all local. And since we sat at the bar we saw EVERY dish that came out of the kitchen. ALL of them looked superb and now wish we made more time to visit it more than once. Had the bacon avocado cheeseburger and ultimate chicken sandwich which were great but like I stated earlier everything looked scrumptious coming out of the kitchen!!
Wow-Wee Maui's Kava Bar & Grill delivers quality fish and seafood affordably. Had some really fresh sushi rolls, plates and pupu appetizers. Called in for a table for thirteen and the staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to sit us in the Birthday section. Time to celebrate! A few pupu apps, drinks and we're ready for entrees. Locals raved about their specials so we ordered the Katsu, a fresh light and crunchy breading on choice of chicken, fish or pork. The pork belly is outrageously delicious and shareable. Made our own pupu platter with Ribeye, calamari, gyoza and onion rings, they all arrived ready to share. The soft shell crabs were so good that I couldn't sneak in a pic. Sushi is fresh, crunchy and rolled well. Try the breaded California, you won't be disappointed. Wow-Wee was just that! Perfect for families, drinks, apps and sushi.
We celebrated my husband’s birthday here for supper before we had to board the plane to fly back home. We shared the Opakapaka plate and a California roll and both were fresh, flavorful, and fantastic! Sorry we didn’t remember to take any photos here.
I found this place when I went to Ululanis next door for a cool treat. Ended up finding the one place I ate at every day while on vacation. They had Kava, which I hadn't had in years, and the staff, all of them were extremely nice, friendly, and made great suggestions for food and other activities while on the island. The atmosphere is definitely casual, and very inviting. Expect a small wait for the food, but it is definitely worth the wait. I will definitely be returning on my next trip out to Maui!!!
So I got excellent service here! I had the place almost all to myself so this was a nice surprise for a peaceful lunch/snack. I just discovered this place for lunch while waiting for the auto shop next door put my wet okole seat covers on. I went with the waitress suggestions for the local fresh fish entree... Could not go wrong!! Next time I need to try their special Kava!! Cannot wait to go back!
