So I got the heads up that I should really try Worcester Pizza Factory. Mon-Fri they have $7.00 large(14") cheese, pick up only. So I ordered 2. Most times places that do special prices on certain days tend to skimp out on ingredients, making them bot as good as the full price. NOT this place. Plenty of sauce and cheese. The crust is is a typical thinner crust, not much rise on the outer ring. This is good for me as this is how I like it, with the sauce and cheese going almost to the edges. Flavor of the sauce is really good, with fla or of fresh tomatoes and garlic, with plenty of cheese, but not so much to weigh the slice down. I give the Pizza 4.5/5 with the value 5/5. (A 20" is only $18.99) and service was very friendly and welcoming.and the offer a vegan cheese option that we will have to try next time.. They called me back while I was on the way to let me know the food was ready, and the gentleman behind the counter said to me "first time"? Since he did not remember ever seeing my face before.. which was true.
100% recommend giving this establishment a try, even if just for the $7.00 14" to give it a shot.
My first time ordering here today for me and my family (with very different taste.) I ordered 1 small meat lover pizza (which hubby enjoyed the taste of the meats), 1 large cheese and a small veggie which I ended up eating it all because the crust is thin so I was able to ☺️. It was very delicious and I can’t wait to try other food options. In addition the people there are very nice and welcoming. Thank you again.
Very nice people. Food was closer to the decent side. They gave us a BLT with bacon bits instead of real bacon The owner did contact us and was very nice and offered us a replacement
This is the PERFECT neighborhood pizza shop. We were visiting from out of town and looking for something good that wouldn’t break the bank. Our expectations were blown out of the water! The owner was so nice and the food was SPECTACULAR! Actual real, non-frozen ingredients. ♥️ I told my husband this is my favorite place to eat now but it’s a bit of a commute ????
The owner and staff are incredibly nice and personable. The food is always on point and the freshway pizza is awesome! Plus you can actually order from them directly and skip the additional fees! Keep up the good work Worcester Pizza Factory, we love you!!
I can't judge the atmosphere because we ordered delivery. HOWEVER, everything else was flawless. The attitude of the man on the phone was very professional and kind. The food was fresh and delicious. It came in just under an hour (grilled chicken salad, wing plate, and a sub). But, he let me know they were busy tonight. It's totally worth the wait. We will be ordering again.
We ordered delivery tonight and it was our first time ordering from here and I am very happy to say the food is excellent I got the godfather sub and I loved it it was very good and flavorful. We will be ordering again I can't wait to try the pizza.
I wish I could give this place ten stars! The guy working was awesome and you can tell he truly cares and loves what he does! We stumbled on this place by accident as we are from Pennsylvania and we’re just bumming around town looking for stuff to do! The pizza was great, and we will 100% come back here any time we’re in town! Thank you so much!!!
