Woody was very honest and helpful when communicating about my vehicle.
Took my vehicle to get an oil change and I ended up being stuck in Pennsylvania because they didn't assure that my oil bolt was secure. Oil leaked from North Carolina to Pennsylvania. Almost damaging my car.
Woodys is the best repair facility in Oxford ,always fair with price ,needs more snacks in lobby area.

Best customer service, and he made sure not to charge me for things that could wait! So unusual for a mechanic shop. They got my vehicle fixed up and on the road earlier than they originally thought, and saved me from paying for repairs that didn't need done yet. I'm a customer for life.
The service was great and it was educational. The guy that did my oil change was honest and upfront and very funny...great experience
We have four cars and take them to Woody's for new tires, oil changes etc.
Woody and his guys are always, courtious, and efficient. And if he thinks I don"t need a certain repair, he's upfront with me and won't let me pay for something I don't need.
I have been getting my cars inspected here for years. Woody is awesome.
