I was a customer for a couple of years. I was happy with repairs and service, so I kept returning. However, my most recent experience left me disappointed.
I needed some repairs, but the estimated repairs were more than expected making it difficult for me to proceed immediately. Fortunately, Jason, the owner, allowed me to stow the car until I could afford the repairs, which I appreciated.
When I finally had the funds to proceed with the repair, Jason expressed concern about potential corrosion on the brakes or something similar and declined to work on the car further. Despite my attempts to reason with him, he remained firm in his decision.
While I understand the importance of maintaining safety standards, I don't think he needed or wanted the work and didn't care what that might mean for his customer. This left me scratching my head and wondering what I'd missed.
As a female and someone who doesn’t know a ton about cars, I’m always a bit nervous to take my car somewhere and get price gouged or taken advantage of. Jason was so kind and forthcoming with everything that needed to be done. He made sure I understood what was happening and how much it would cost AND asked if I wanted to proceed with the repairs after hearing the price. Upon researching the repair he did, I honestly think he under charged me and he didn’t charge for a bulb replacement at all. He got me in quickly and finished within hours. He is so kind, reasonable, and comforting. I will be going back for years to come.
I called to get a second opinion about my car and Jason was so upfront and honest with me about the issue. Yoy rarely find mechanics that will ne truthful with you so it was very pleasant. I ended up not bring able to fix the problem but I will be bringing my car to him from now on!
I live nearby and had an issue come up with my car. Jason was so gracious and fit me in right away. It’s clear he’s an expert in his field and a genuinely helpful and honest person. So happy to know we have such a great mechanic nearby.
I brought my Honda in for a couple of issues this week. Jason was able to squeeze me in quickly and charged me such a fair price that I feel like I didn't even pay him what I should have for his time. Not only is he super honest and fair, but he's just such a nice guy. I have never felt this way before at any other mechanic and will never bring my car anywhere else.
My experience of getting my maintenance light checked and getting an oil change here were seamless. Eddie was friendly, fast and let me know everything he was doing before he did it. I will definitely come back. Prices are already reasonable and return customers get a discount.
My car had an overheating problem for years even after other mechanics replaced the radiator multiple times. I pulled into Won's one day desperately when my car was overheating smoke coming from the hood. Jason diagnosed the issue and the quote for parts and labor was reasonable so I went ahead. It seems to have finally fixed the overheating issue for good. Since then I've been back to Jason for other small fixes and always get good service and affordable rates. Glad to have a trusty mechanic right in my neighborhood.
Jason was so kind to me as I stumbled through explaining what was wrong with my car. He asked follow up questions, double checked everything and the price was beyond reasonable!! They have definitely become my go to mechanic, I can't recommend them highly enough.
