Ordered $70 worth of wings for delivery and they forgot my large carrots and celery. I paid for it. They are app says checking order to make sure it’s right. They don’t. Ordering a wing bundle when large celery and carrots is included and paying over $70 is volatile. Manager had a name I couldn’t pronounce and said I could come down and retrieve them. I paid for delivery and tip spending $78 I’m not going anywhere. I asked how can I be reimbursed. She responded I had to come down and make a complaint w the order #, then I’d get my large celery and carrots reimbursed w 5 wings. Why on earth would I go back down and accept a large celery and large carrot order for 5 wings? It’s like my replacement is also in some way trying to incentivize me to purchase more wings? Not cool and no I’m not doing that. Hopefully owner on company responds. Get better. Order number 26280228293001216 04/27/24 received order around 9:30 pm
The service is really slow. I dined in and was given cold fries that weren't served with extra seasoning. I returned the fries with my complaint and all they did was add seasoning and give me back the same cold fries. I waited 45 minutes for well done chicken. Although I kept seeing others order EWD and received food. With the same walk in circumstances. Very disappointed in service. Soda machine ran out of ice. No trash can in facility so we set our finished food on counter which I feel is unsanitary. As they picked the tray up and didn't wipe or clean the counter. Probably won't return to this location.
I ordered and paid for my food online. I went in the store to pick up my order, the cashier wouldn’t even address me, and when I finally asked for my order after being ignored for 20 mins, she tells me I have to go back to the end of the line and wait to pick up my food, remind you the food was already prepared and paid for, she refused to turn around and hand me my food, this establishment was primarily run by Hispanics and most of the patrons were too but as the only black person in there, she didn’t greet me with the same customer service. My food was cold by the time I received it
I order from this place because it's close, but about 60% of the time they forget to give the delivery driver my apartment number. They are actually 2 minutes away, but issues like these routinely make the delivery take more than an hour.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Leslie is a horrible manager who can care less about the customers wants or needs. They left out four ranches in my order and I had to drive all the way back to Wing Stop while I was extremely sick for four ranches. By the time I returned home, my food was cold and disgusting Nobody wants cold wings, or soggy fries. My dinner is now ruined. The food was extremely gross.
The place was packed with To-go orders, like mine. Was told it be 5 to 10 more minutes After the 25 minutes the website said. So I wait another 30 minutes. I ask again if my food was ready. The lady looks and pulls my order from the bottom of the rack. It has been ready the whole time. Needless to say the food was cold and gross by the time I got it home. They are way to busy not to have better organization and communication. The food probably been alright if it hadn't sat for 45 minutes.
This location is just okay. Parking is a pain, the soda fountain is out of date, and the service is not bad. Fries are not the usual seasoned wing stop fries .

45 minutes for a chicken sandwich that consisted of a handful of parmesan cheese and zero sauce. I understand being busy is a common occurrence but this is crazy! Food was terrible, restaurant was a mess, no cleaning happening, no trash cans to speak of but plenty of dancing in kitchen.
