Open till 3 AM. It's a great place to stop in, Grab some wings or a chicken sandwich.
You canget it to go. All their flavors are good. My favorite is mango habanero, my daughter loves the mild, and my wife loves the garlic parmesan.
I got mostly mild wings, which are good and not spicy at all. As you might expect. I ordered a few garlic parmesam. The parm was very present but not so much for the garlic flavor on these. I also got a few of the mango habanero. These were sweet and spicy and everything you would expect. The cheese fries were good but needed to be eaten fast as they were not as good when cold. The Cajun fried corn was delicious. Also, the ranch dressing you get from here is simply the best ranch you can find.
Everything was just as a Wingstop should be. However, I was most impressed by the management’s honesty and integrity. My debit card was accidentally left there for days. They kept it safe for me until I could return to get it.
First and last time going. Customer service was horrible. Food was overcooked, had to pick through it. They didn't have a trash to throw your food away. They advise to throw your trash behind the counter next to where they are preparing the food. NEVER AGAIN I definitely wouldn't recommend this location.
Only positive thing is that my food was hot and fresh . When entering my friend and I wasn’t acknowledged . Nobody that was working with food wore gloves & was touching all type of stuff ( i.e money , computers , receipts , counters etc ) . There was no trash can in the lobby where customers are . The lady taking our order was on the phone & trying to take our order . They charged us for ranch ( not extra but the ones that come with the meal ) when I asked for extra (1-2 cups ) the man told me $3.19 and I have never paid for ranch especially that much at wingstop . First time ever being told to pay for ranch ESPECIALLY $3.19 . weird .
I've ordered nearly a dozen times from this Avon location, and I've not once had a subpar or bad experience. I've had little interaction with the employees as every order has been take out and ordered via their app. However, the few interactions I have had have been pleasant. The food has always been ready before or on par with the estimate in their app, and it's always hot/tender. To each their own on flavors, but my personal favorites are any of their dry seasonings. Seems as though their bleu cheese is made in-house as well, which is definitely a plus. Great food, would definitely recommend over other wing related restaurants.
Note: The app is incredibly user-friendly with minimal effort required to place an order.
Don't know what happened to good customer service. Ordered a large order for a party, wings were way over cooked and Didn't receive any vegetables. Called said he would make it right. Went back in to get order replaced said sorry they were too busy come back another time. What kind of service is that? Never got our order replaced and will never use them again for a big party.
The workers were extremely rude to us and ignored our questions. The person taking our order was texting the entire time we were placing an order. And had headphones in The workers then proceeded to stare at their phones while making no food for 40 minutes. After asking where our food was, they ignored us and it took another 20 minutes to get our order. The order was not even correct as we were missing an order of chicken. The place was dirty with no trashcan. Do not waste your time.
