I order online for pickup about an hour from when I placed it, I got my order and fries were very cold. And I brought it back, in to get fresh fries, and the manager was soo very nice! He remade my whole order! Apologized and was really sincere, he temped my remake order to be sure it was at the hottest temperature this time, and also threw in a couple extras for me completely on his own. He went above and beyond. More than I expected. The other employee who I first made contact with was also very nice, he got his manager involved right away after asking if I wanted it remade. Once we got him food was great, my son’s tenders were hot fresh, beautifully fried, and delicious! Our wings were piping hot, super crispy, tons of flavor! It was a super great experience even with a very minor disappointment at the very beginning! Thanks so much wing stop Gunn hwy. You’ll definitely have my business again! I wish I would have gotten the managers name specifically for this review.
Placed an online order, ready in 20 minutes, 40 minutes later it was ready. While I was waiting, the owner was there, also waiting a very long time for his food. He had a gift card sent to me for the inconvenience. I recently used the gift card for another online order. I got home, no sauce. I called & was told I'd have to come get it. I asked for a credit back to my debit card which I used with the gift card. My only option was to go back out and drive all the way back to the store to pick up the sauce I asked for as well as the extra one I paid for. I told them it was awful customer service & of course they didn't care. I'll drive out of my way to a different location from now on.
Great customer service. Isaiah was wonderful and though they were busy he was very professional and made customers walking in feel welcome. Definitely coming back.
We order from this location a lot and the food is always good. We ordered late tonight on Super Bowl and our order was quick and accurate. You could tell the employees worked hard today and were extremely busy but they still gave me great customer service at 9:30 at night.
This place is horrible and that's the best thing I can say. They will cheat you out of money, so always check your orders before leaving. I work close and like to get veggies and ranch to snack on thru the day, so I know the cost and everytime, they try to charge me differently. Today was the last straw as they charged me $3.75 for 4 pieces( small) of celery and a ranch. Outrageous! Maybe if this place had a consistent staff they could get it together but they can't seem to keep an employee for more than a few days. This place is so unprofessional among other things. The owner should be embarrassed.
My family and I order food Friday night. I got the honey hot tenders and my little brother did as well. The day after we both felt unwell but just brushed it off but that night we both got sick. Nobody else got the honey hot tenders and nobody else got sick. So I do believe this place gave us some sort of food poisoning! We also ordered a $5 large cup of ranch and did not receive that but also did not get any of the ranch that was supposed to come with the 5 meals we got! But I do still want to give them credit when it came to their service. The employees were extremely nice!
I love this place so much we order an eight piece and a 10 piece combo but they gave us a 10 piece and a 12 piece. I wish I could give that hairy guy a hug 10 out of 10 would recommend.
First time at this location. Ordered at the counter instead of online… ???? parked in the 15 minute parking spot for takeout, but it took about 25 minutes. The Hawaiian classic is our favorite but thus far everything we’ve tried is good.
Well, except for the drinks. The soda/Coke tasted water down and a tad lemony. I’m guessing they have the same fountain as Wendy’s where you can mix different flavors, but they never taste right. But I’m not taking away points for that. Consider it a lesson learned.
