This location seems woefully understaffed. Waited 45 minutes past when my order was supposed to be ready. (a 30 minute wait time) When received, the chicken was drenched in oil. I’m assuming there was very little time to drain it while trying to keep up with all the other orders. Staffed looked stressed. Customers looked impatient and irritated. I’m personally unhappy with having spent what I did for how long I waited and how ill the food made me feel. Wouldn’t come back for more.
Slow and incorrect order. Bad service. Door Dash pickup said order was ready for pickup. Went in and lady said it was not ready give them 10-12. We waited about 15 minutes and asked again. Lady said just waiting on fries. Everyone in back was goofing off, cussing, talking and wasting time. 5 minutes later as the rest of our order was still getting cold we asked again. The lady said still waiting on fries as she stood there waving the fries in her hand talking and goofing off with her co worker then put them in bag a couple minutes later. We got home and there were no wings in the bag! We will never go back there ever again. Horrible. Why are you telling Door dash the order is ready for pickup when it CLEARLY is not? I called to get help with order and nobody answers the phone. I finally called Doordash who was able to help me.
Awful customer service and for as long as we waited for our food, it was terrible. Walked up to the counter and we were ignored for over 10 minutes. Not one Staff member acknowledged us. Restaurant was also incredibly messy, trash cans full and tables covered with dirty plates. I honestly cannot believe their corporate office has not looked into these issues with multiple people leaving the same reviews! If it wasn’t for the hassle of getting a refund on our food, we would’ve just left. Stay away from this place.
Had a mistake get corrected tonight by a very caring, sweet and professional lady at the counter. She apologized even though she didn't have to and offered me extras to compensate for the mistake. I politely declined, but she made sure the kitchen was on top of the re-order. I moved out of the area, but when employers hire people like that, it makes me want to keep returning to the store.
The wait staff was so friendly and met all of our needs. It’s rare to find a nice atmosphere these days but they were awesome.
My complaint is that the food was way too salty and we couldn’t even eat the fries.
Also, the floor was mopped with sticky water so it felt like we were flies walking on fly paper. The tables were also washed in the same sticky substance.
Overall, great staff but food was not good and the place was sticky.
On many occasions, entire staff is all in the kitchen, people are waiting 30 minutes for their orders, no one is at the front counter, phone is ringing off the hook, some us people waiting 30 minutes had their food already waiting for us on a shelf & for no reason was it not handed to us, and staff seem a little out of it. I finally am writing this review after witnessing this on multiple occasions. It wastes so many people’s time
I went here with my mom, we ordered our food and sat down. We waited over 45 min for our food and watched people who ordered after us get their food first. When we went to complain, we were told it's just like that sometimes. I ended up escalating to get a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous. Chicken wings should not take almost an hr to get out. We never received our food.
While on vacation and wanted a familiar dinner and relatively quick, I stopped at this location. The service was top-notch and thorough. Though my order was very specific, my instructions were followed exactly as I wanted and the staff was very patient with my ordering process.
