I came in to Wingstop for an online order placed at 5:57 pm. It said it was completed at 6:45. I come into the restaurant at 6:45 and there were 30 people waiting in line to pick up Theron order. No one was manning the counter so there’s no real way to check if your order is waiting. Finally someone asked the person in the back to read names of orders sitting there, and they gave out bags to about 4 people. As people were getting orders they were saying they were 40 minutes later than the “completed” time. Why does the app say completed when it’s not?
I’m still just sitting here 30 minutes later with 20 other upset customers not being served or helped at all. Ridiculous. How is the service this terrible??
PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! We ordered the 20 boneless wing combo for 18$ last night or carry out , I am so sick right now writing this I thought the garlic wings tasted off and the ranch sauce was WARM. I will never visit this location or ANY OTHER WINGSTOP because obviously their staff/management is completely incompetent of food safety, I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING IN AND GETTING MY REFUND BACK. Someone below mentioned they got MAGGOTS IN THEIR FOOD!!! Calling the health dept and letting them know asap to get this place shut down!!
Terrible service, we waited 40 minutes while the staff just stood around and only filled the online orders, after asking them how much time would be left on our orders we got a lot of attitude the lady reluctantly told us 5 more minutes. When she brought us our food she was very visibly angry, I will never return to this wing stop and it is possible to any wing stop after this. If you order online you may get your food quicker but honestly I don’t recommend getting it from here! Good luck to whoever comes here next!
I had never really even noticed this restaurant up until recently, but today we tried it out and were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. The fries are seasoned well and have a slightly sweet, very slight heat to them. The chicken was good quality and tasty. Generous portions too. The restaurant was clean and cute. It took about 15 minutes to get our food, but it was all made fresh for us, so I’m ok with that. I would totally go again.
I've been wanting to stop in here for a long time now. I finally got the chance today. This was after being told it may be 25 minutes to get my food. Did they have to go to another location to get it!
I was a little disappointed in this chicken sandwich with fries.
I decided to go with the lemon pepper chicken sandwich. I was overwhelmed with the lemon seasoning.
It was so strong I went to try my fries to absorb some of the lemon flavor. And I found out real quick that my fries were covered in salt.
Tasted like I picked them up from the Morton Salt factory. I was a little disappointed in the food today.
I had to put the sandwich down and quit eating the fries. I only ate half of that sandwich and had to leave.
But I will come back another time and choose something else from the menu.
It was a quiet enough night inside the establishment, and there was a but of a wait for walk-ins, but that's to be expected when food is cooked to order. The crew was polite, and got the food out in the time-frame promised. Since Wingstop makes some of the better wings on the west side of the country, they're worth the wait
I had placed an order through the app and scheduled a pickup 3 hours in advance. I showed up on time and was told it would be an additional 10 minutes. I can deal with that. But it was an additional 30 minutes before I had my order. I expressed my frustration about the delay and was told that they don’t usually make the order until you arrive to pick it up, which completely defeats the purpose of having a scheduled pickup time. The employee was not apologetic at all and overall it was not a good experience. The food is good, no complaints there. But if there is a scheduled pickup time, the order should be ready.
Always have our to go order ready and on time. Great service at this location and friendly staff. The wings are pretty darn decent and the sauces are good too.
