This is always a hit or miss…. Mostly a miss…but this time was ridiculous… I ordered the 15wing meal for meant for 2….. both drinks were horrible because they needed to change the soda machine… if you ever had soda from the soda machine after the flavor part has ran out you know the taste im talking about…. I ignored that… then I open 1 of 2 ranch cups and the first one has a hair in it and i know it was not mine because I recently cut all of my hair off and it was to long and straight to be mine… then I opened the second ranch it seemed find then after eating most of in I noticed something very hard at the bottom and it was a piece of very hard plastic (pictures included) i was going to call but im almost certain much wouldn’t be done i am officially done ordering from this wingstop im pretty disgusted at how much stuff i found in my food… not to mention my wings were not cooked crispy as requested thats 35 dollars of MY money that i feel was wasted. The amount of things found in my food is ridiculous!!!!!!!!! SUPER UNSANITARY
Ordered $18.27 Worth of food, only to be denied access to the restroom! I politely asked for a refund, and was given it. But only after being let known that they would definitely rather lose a customer then to allow them to wash their hands! I will never go to another Wingstop anywhere. Reverse racism seems to very common in Jacksonville FL these days!
Worst food experience two times in a row! When I called I wasn’t treated well, I usually order from wingstop once a week but the manager that got on the phone was the most unprofessional person! Family of 6 and pay alot for our food and this is what we were expected to eat, was told they couldn’t remake my food, supposedly issued me a refund, guess we will see!
These boneless wings are the nastiest wings I've ever had. Crunchy overloaded with salt. In the french fries were soaked with oil. I ate four wings out of 15 and through the rest away.
I worked here, and the kitchen is never clean. The odor emitting from the back when you walk in is raw chicken "juice" (blood,water). I was told that in order to maintain my employment I needed to be a team player and was dedicated to restoring the kitchens myself. Many locations, and all the same issue: No regard for health and safety. I personally cleaned the kitchen at the QSC to keep from failing the QSC and to try to pass the Quality Standards exam. They passed, but only by the skin of their teeth. If you have any regard for the quality of food you eat or the safety and sanitization of the area in which your food is cooked, please reconsider eating here or at any of the Wingstop locations. I expressed my dissatisfaction for the company policies and health code violations and was subsequently fired. The attached photos show the floors.
The manager Reggie has a very nasty attitude. I ordered 30 wings 3 different flavors why are they all in the same container? The bag had grease on the bottom, which soaked through onto my veggie sticks. Then Reggie said that happens sometimes. I eat here multiple times a week I have never received such horrible food and service, until today. Will not be going back to this location.
Worst Experience ever I ordered online to avoid the wait and still had to wait 20 min or so I asked for well done wings I don’t like all that fatty meat 1st problem was my order was wrong I ordered 30 wings with 3 different flavors…classic, spicy Korean Louisiana rub all traditional wings got home all the wings were big as hell undercooked hard to chew ???? even the kids didn’t eat it lol I never ordered boneless but I wasn’t gonna turn around so we gave them a try they were crunchy as hell with no meat the insides was like greasy chicken and chicken skin smh didn’t eat those at all definitely wasted 40 dollars for dinner ended up eating noodles and a sandwich for home
Came in at 11 said they dont take orders that late. Huh??? Yall close at midnight. Its a whole hour prior. Management needs to be made aware. I see why companies dont pay these people more they trash and are costing the business money bottom line!!!
