Unfortunately the people who work there don't speak clearly. They Mumble so you can't really understand what they're saying and talk too fast. The wings are not crispy, they're just soft. Usually the skin is supposed to be crispy and then at the last minute tossed in the sauce. We ordered the habanero mango which normally we love hot and sweet but the habanero was so spice forward that it burned our lips off and we could only eat a couple of them. Also, unlike most wing places, they do not give any carrots or celery or free ranch. Each tiny packet of ranch is $2.50. teach your staff to be professional and speak clearly, get a crisp on your wings, add a little veggies and give at least one free ranch with an order. Also tone down the habanero you want to be able to taste the mango as well. Then we will be happy customers!
I ordered my food and paid $30 and food was disgusting. Asked for extra seasoning and there was literally no seasoning , boneless wings were just like a size of popcorn. wasted my $30 and i cannot accept such poor quality of food from franchise. This location should shut asap as out of all wing stops in town this is the worst one. Franchise need to teach their crew or else they will loose all their valueable customers. STOP RIPPING OFF PEOPLE.
Out of all wing stops in town this is the worst one the customer service was so bad the cashier was so rude literally tossed us our food bag and once we asked for plates he ignored us to help the next 2 people on top of that I waiting 1 hour for my food just to get there and they tell me we’re early to wait another 30 so we did just for our food to be cold. Management needs to hire people who actually want to work there with good attitude!
Probably the last time I'll eat at this wingstop. They are always behind even when you order ahead. My food was 20 minutes late. Ask for a ranch was told, I needed to pay for it, but the customers right before me were female, and the young man behind the counter had no problem giving them free ranch. I don't blame the crew as you are only as strong as your leader. The manager seems a bit lazy.
Food is consistently good. You get reasonable proportions. Lunch rush was a little slow. Plan for minimal seating. Their dine in tables are few and fill up fast.
They TOOK an Hour and Half to get my food out . Which i get if there very busy. But the most annoying part is they told us it would be ready sooner then that . Not everyone has time to wait almost 2 hours for wings.
Waited over an hour to get my food for them to tell me the fryers are down and I need to wait 30 more minutes. Couldn’t even get my money refunded same day.
Had a little hiccup yesterday.Carlos the Manager called me back to apologize and make things right. Thank you so much. I really appreciate.
