I have eaten at Wingstop several times before, but this was my first time at this location. My son loved the boneless chicken wings! I really enjoyed the fries they were fresh and had a sweet/salty seasoning that was delicious! Their card terminal stopped working, and I had to go withdraw cash, but they placed my order, and when I returned, my food was ready. I wish they had at least one vegan option.
I called in today to place an order a sweet girl answered the phone and spoke very calmly to me and had all the patience in the world than a lot of these places. I came in 20 minutes to then pick up my food and there she was with the awesome attitude and dedication! The food was also very good excellent cooks. ????????????????
The fries is awful we went there around 10:20pm to get our food on our way home because we don’t have enough time to cook and we’re tired from work. We decided to get the chicken wings and fries. But they serve us a garbage. When we get home this was the fries looks like SOGGY, BURNT AND THEY GAVE US THE SMALL CUTS..NEVER EVER COMING BACK IN THIS STORE AGAIN!!!! Just a waste of money.
There was hair cooked into my fries. 2 separate fries were strung together with this piece of hair. I’m utterly disgusted. The ‘person in charge’ told me she was only going to refund for the fries since that’s what had the issue. I had to bargain to get the entire meal refunded. There were so many issues with this situation, but above all I question their sanitary conditions.
I waited over half an hour for my food. It was called in ahead of time. The woman took everybody else that would just walk in before me. I was only Uber Eats. A half hour wasted. I don't know how the food was but I do know they were very unprofessional the way they talked about every customer that walked out as soon as they left. Very unprofessional. I won't take a job there again.
Walked in at 11:40 to order when the store closes at midnight, and they told me they were closed. Not even a sorry. Terrible service never coming back to wing stop and every time I go to a different location I have a bad experience, I got food poisoning the last time????????????
Been ordering from this location a lot over the years and the experience has only gotten worse. You barely get proper pieces of wings and the prices are so outrageous for what little you get. The fries also tend to be very cold, soggy, and have a burnt taste. Only saving grace for this location is that the chicken sandwiches are still good. I will probably not be ordering again from here.
Been coming here for years and it's been downhill since. Ordered and got there at 11. Asked to use the bathroom and Eric said it was closed. The dining area closes at 12.. how is it closed? Gave an attitude as well. I def do not recommend this location.
