Greeted when me and my sister with two toddlers walked in. Very clean, approachable, and our cashier Na’Breasha was very helpful when asking different questions as it was our first time at wing stop! She was also very polite, will visit again.
Has anyone actually got a completed order from this place if you aren't hovering over them? This is the second time we ordered delivery in the past 6 months and it both times were unsuccessful. Order chicken tenders, received none the first time. Ordered 5 chicken tenders with veggie stick the second time, received 2 tenders and no veggie sticks. How does this even happy?
I placed an order at 7:04 for a sandwich, nothing more, it took them 45 minutes to make a singular sandwich, they were standing around, fanning themselves, leaning happily on counters as if they didn't have a line of 10+ people waiting for food, some not even getting their order taken yet, 45 minutes for something to be thrown in a fryer, sauced and on a bun, fries are made in bulk so I'm well aware that "waiting on fresh fries" or any of that sort wasn't the issue. I'm writing this so that people know. There's no such thing as a "quick meal" if you come to this WingStop.
I normally only leave 5 star reviews, but this was ridiculous… We waited an hour for an order we placed online hours in advance. We had a larger group order so we placed that order earlier in the day instead of walking in & placing it so that they would have plenty of time to make the order and we could just walk in & pick it up… nope! We showed up about 5-10 minutes early to our pick up time, and they hadn’t even started our order… they actually said they didn’t have it until we insisted that the order was placed & then they saw the paper slip that they put off to the side & had completely disregarded. The woman we interacted with was rude & unapologetic about the wait or the fact they forgot all about our order. We also asked for drums & flaps and out of 50 wings, we maybe had 10 flaps…
I've been here twice now and it wasn't too much better the second time. There was hardly any seasoning at all on my lemon pepper wings the first time. There was more the second time but since they were swimming in a big pool of grease the bottoms didn't have any. The Cajun fries were fresh, hot, and really good but the drink area was kinda nasty and a lot of the tables needs to be cleaned. If the wings didn't come with half the grease from the fryer, it would be worth it to go back.
We've been here a few times and our food has come out pretty good. Usually fresh but you need to keep an eye when it's being prepped. Check your bag before leaving because they usually forget to put dipping sauces in there or missing fries. Customer service is ok with some of the employees. My husband tried to place an order on the phone and was on hold for a good 20 minutes. We literally drove to there because they had said they were busy. Restaurant was empty and the employee who put him on hold was just standing around doing nothing. That needs to be fixed.
I would not advise eating here. They did not take this issue seriously. They laughed over the phone.
My recent visits to this establishment since the managerial changes have been disappointing and displeasing in the nicest ways of saying things. The last time I came in there was a girl named Toni at the front counter who was actually very disrespectful to multiple customers including myself while also trying to flirt with customers whom she must have liked. Upon receiving my food I had asked to be a dine-in but she mistakenly put it as a take-out small mistake but then she surprised me by what she did next. She handed me a wet tray after she tossed my food out of the bag and put it on the tray in the most heinous way. When I sat down at the table I acknowledged that all of the tables were dirty and that's when I had had enough and just left. Only reason why the deserve one star is because of the food but even that has started to decline in great taste.
