If you want less than what you paid for, the Grovetown wingstop is the place to go. I ordered ten wings and got nine. This is the second time it has happened. I visited this store only once before and at the time could not remember what issue I had previously. Anyway, the manager would not speak to me and instead spoke though the worker who answered the phone. Management stated that I would have to bring the food back. I don't have time for that. All I wanted was an apology and assurance it would not happen again. A $1 off coupon would have been nice, too but whatever. The food was good, but I will not be returning to Grovetown wingstop.
I do like Wingstop! They do pretty good with my orders, no real problems for me! The owner and her son are really nice! The only reason i gave a four is the boneless wings are touch and go. This has nothing to do with the owners just Wingstop. I have had some that are fatty and not edible.
Okay, here's the Pros & the Cons:
PROS - I was planning to get a to-go lunch but when I walked in, the little black girl at the front counter had the warmest smile. She was genuinely friendly & professional. She added to the atmosphere of friendliness & made me want to stay. So I ordered an 8 piece classic Wings combo that came with fries & a drink. I ordered the wings to be cooked plain with all my 4 different flavors in separate containers on the side. Also ordered extra blue cheese dressing in containers on the side. It was cooked in a fairly reasonable amount of time, served fresh & hot. For a Saturday afternoon it wasn't very crowded. The tables were clean, the restaurant was clean. I like the way I can serve myself with my drink. I was able to mix my tea & lemonade the way I like it. The fries are hand cut, different sizes, still have the potato skins on them. The blue cheese dressing is homemade. The best! All the sauces that I had tasted marvelous!
CONS - the fries are not salted & they are not served with ketchup. This is the first & only restaurant I've ever been in that doesn't serve ketchup with fries. The tables are bare so there is no salt shakers or ketchup bottles. If you like salt on your fries, bring your own. You have to actually ask for ketchup, it's not in the condiments area. It's just preposterous to me that someone would actually serve fries without ketchup! If you order different flavors in separate cups like I did, the containers are not labeled. You just have to try to figure out what it is! Also, napkins do not exist in this restaurant. There is one big roll of brown paper towel material that goes in a paper towel dispenser. It sits up with the condiments area where you would get your straws & lids for your cups. Tear off as much as you need & take it to your table.
Overall, the price matched the food. I think this restaurant is better for carryout or take out & not dining in.
Count your wings ! Bought a 40pc classic wing pack - order was short 4 wings . Wings are too expensive to be shorted 1 wing much less 4. The wings were dry - fried way too long !! This is definitely the worst location . This wasn't the first time we have had issues . Won't be going back to Grovetown location
Came to dine-in around dinner time. Had to wait to order, then when I was ordering, cashier decided to take a phone call in the middle of the order, and had to restart order from the beginning. Had a long wait to receive the food. Even though I had ordered before others, they were served before me. The fries were cold and limp when I received them, even though I dined in. Flavor of the wings were solid, but they were also lukewarm. Will stick to other WingStop locations instead of this one
I ordered a 10 piece wing combo after I ate the top three I was concerned as the last one I ate had red bones. Flipped over my chicken to see blood drops to my surprise. Disgusting! Threw it away. The wings was not crispy instead they felt and tasted broiled definitely not like any fried wings I’ve had before. I love Wing Stop but never again for this location.
5 star. It's WINGS, what else is there to say. Many choices of sauces, celery and/or carrot sticks, fries, and a few other menu items. Family packages offer a great deal and you can mix and match flavors. They also have fountain drinks or bottled drinks too. I am sure we will order from here again. The staff was friendly and professional. Plenty of parking and speedy service.
Food was great but counter person needs a little training in customer service....Vanessa has been at this location awhile. She's too busy talking to male customers to pay attention to other customers waiting to place their orders.
